It is good cheap option, average, good breakfast. Bad point, Facilities are old, I asked to make up the room and just pickup garbage and make room, did not change towels, clean bathroom

This room is close to the train station and in walking distance of most things. I went for Oktoberfest, which an 11 min walk. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the basics were covered. It was exactly what I needed, and the staff were great!

The location was convenient, close to the subway station, although, overcrowded, with lots of homeless people around. The hotels suites doors were super squeaky, all of their, so we could hear when all our neighbors were in and out in the middle of the night. The kitchen staff was rude, and pretended not understanding English, although able to ask questions in English when she needed. Hotel manager and fron staff were nice and accommodating.

Very central location for visiting Munich especially at Oktoberfest. Located on street with several nightclubs so was somewhat noisy in late evening and early morning. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable for us. Only downside was scratchy bath towels and our blow dryer did not work.

Rooms looked nothing like photos. Room 46 had major issues with the toilet flushing and taking everything down. Mom had to flush 8 times ones to get the contents to flush down. Room 23 had mold in the shower. Also asked for towels the night before check out. Never got them. Called the next morning to find out where they were at, and the front desk said he couldn't have them that close to check out. So rude. The pictures I posted show extreme amounts of dust on the room fan provided, which I had to clean myself (see dirt in towel picture). Under the beds don't look like they have ever been swept. The pillows are so old they have no shape to help support a head. The towels are shredding at the seems/ends. The food staff in the breakfast area were extremely rude, yelling at other staff members in front of guests. Made eating and getting food very uncomfortable. Also, description of hotels says noise proof room, and so not true. The sex club next door shook our walls while we tried to sleep. Not going to lie, but this place is not a hotel. It's an attempt at a glorified hostel, but unsuccessful. The only saving grace for this place is the male front desk staff. All 4 I dealt with were extremely kind. That's it. Everything else was atrocious. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, especially for the outrageous price we paid for the room.

Great and convenient location overall, but there are 4 different adult clubs just on this one street block. Made it seem a little sketchy but still a safe area. Hotel was dated and had some waterspouts on the walls and ceiling. It wasn’t a bad place, it was just less than I expected for the high price I paid. Staff was helpful and attentive when needed.

The room was clean; the staff were accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel was difficult to find. The streets are blocked off and there is a canapy saying tabledance obscuring the hotel sign.

Staff were nice and helpfull. Location close to transportation. Room was not the best. NO AC IN THE WHOLE HOTEL. Small noisy fan, and they did not change it as i request. Its vibration and noisy was very high. if temperature is high, do not try it.

Red-light district, so it wasn't very clean or safe. The room had no air-conditioning and only one electric fan. Because the room had large windows facing the sun, it was impossible to get the room to cool down until several hours after sunset with the only one available window that was open, poor air circulation. I asked for another fan since we had 4 people and 4 beds, but hotel staff refused to give another. With only 1 fan, it was impossible to get circulating air to everyone. It was a miserable experience. The elderly could have certainly died from heat exhaustion in that room. 2 out of us 4 had heat rashes because of the room and that made it all the worse.

Pros: very close to the city center and public transportation. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was okay. Cons: NO AC! They provide a fan that hardly makes a difference and rooms are humid. Bathrooms shower also looked like it had mold. Rooms did not get cleaned everyday and we had to keep asking for towel and toilet paper.
