Interesting check-in. If you do not e-mail the hotel 24 hours prior your late arrival you will not be able to get inside as there is a deposit box with the keys into the rooms required a code send to the e-mail earlier on. No English language option on the phone and the receptionist/ housekeeper does not speak English either. During check out next morning she wanted to charge us for the stay again and it was hard to communicate that it'd already been paid... I was also helping another guests with the keys who arrived later and did not understand German. They almost went to another hotel. Therefore, the customer service and the language barrier scores this hotel few stars down. Other than that the room was decent, clean, had a fridge, complimentary toiletries. I liked that. It is quite good when you travel far and need to sleep over for night night.
