Site # 1612 Snapper Lane - Beautifully decorated with the theme of 'Margaritaville'. It is very colorful, it makes you smile just being there. The house is privately owned and well kept.

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped. Extra large refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker. All utensils, cookware. plates and etc. are supplied. Breakfast bar which sits 2 and a dining table for 4. The upstairs deck includes a table for 4, umbrella and 2 extra chairs. We added chairs for lounging, a table for 4 with umbrella and also a picnic table underneath.

Beds/Bath: Sleeps 4 to 6 people. One queen size bed and 2 twin beds that cab pushed together for a king. Both with giant closets. 2 full baths. One queen size sleeper sofa. TVs in every room.

We were in town for the 2024 Spring Bike Rally and absolutely loved this rental. The Johnson’s Margaritaville comes equipped with all the comforts of home and then some! Very, very clean rental! Thank you again for being such a wonderful host!

Just got back from a 2 month stay at the "Sunshine House". Everything was perfect from check in / communication with Rhonda to leaving yesterday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the beach / golf cart worked perfectly getting around the park and going to the beach which was just a few minute ride away. We had an amazing time at the sunshine house! It had everything we could of possibly needed in our home away from home! It was clean the beds were comfortable rhonda was fantastic at communicating with us for the check in process and if we had any questions she was always so quick to respond. Great house for family vacation
We booked this house last second for a getaway for New Years. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved the fact that the owners had a weather cover over the golf cart so even on cold nights we could still ride our toddler around. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The place was amazing. The decor is Margarita-ville themed, so appropriate with the beach a short golf cart ride away. She has every kitchen utensil that you may ever need to cook for yourselves, when nit dining at one of the areas fabulous resteraunts. The place is absolutely adorable with lots of space inside and out too relax and enjoy the weather and bbq. Our family loved it and hope to be back when the weather is warmer. This place seems like it would be more amazing at peak season. Thanks Again Rhonda
