I booked an oceanfront room, but when I checked in, I was given an ocean view room instead. When I pointed out the difference, the staff told me it was the same thing (which it isn’t). After some back and forth, they finally switched me to the room I had actually booked and paid for. The view was beautiful, but the room itself really needs attention. The sprinklers were corroded, the kitchen wasn’t clean, and even the refrigerator had corrosion inside. Overall, I was glad the staff corrected the mistake, but the resort should do better in maintaining rooms and making sure guests get what they reserved.

I had an overall very good experience at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area. The only downside was the humidity inside the hotel and in the rooms—it felt consistently damp and muggy, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. It would be great if the hotel could improve ventilation or dehumidification to make the stay more comfortable. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying again.

It was nice being on the beach and the pool area was nice. Depending on the time of the day the 2 elevators were very busy. Our room had some wall paper peeling and water stains on ceiling. Needs to have some maintenance/updates done

Very friendly staff no matter what time it was. Restaurant/bar downstairs. Beautiful outdoor lounge area. Only real issue was the 2 elevators for 19 floors which made it a hassle most times. Overall very good place to stay for the money and worth going back to.

Loved being able to look out the patio and see the ocean. The pool and hottub were nice and clean. Pool was a Wonderful spot to relax and cool off. We were there in July so it was very hot with a nice occasional breeze off the water. Hot tub was a nice end of day relaxation. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with many hot and cold options
