Our bathroom had mold, they would not replace anything that was already broken before we got there, front desk was very rude and would ignore if we called for any requests

The room we rented had dirty bathroom door, rust in the tub so only showered. Stove top was dirty. It was a good price so we let it go. Beautiful beach view.

Somewhere in between for me at least.
View was great since was on the beach that was a plus. However the room was not great but not horrid. I gave more stars than intended because they are doing renovations so keep that in mind. You may actually get a fresh renovated room. Parking is a half a block away in parking garage. You can load unload in small parking lot in front of hotel.

The views were amazing, great location, the people working at the desk were very friendly and informative, however the room looks like it hasn’t been updated since I stayed there back in 96. The rooms didn’t come with shampoo, they did have it available at the desk for sale. The comforter on the bed was terrible, not comfortable at all. The walls looked a little moldy, the tub was a little slick but whatever if you are looking for value and a great location, it’s a good spot, if you are looking for something a little more standard you may wanna keep looking.

Photos were inaccurate. There has been multiple patch work on the ceiling from leaks. The AC in the bedrooms was low flow..had to go buy a fan to circulate the cold air from the living room! Needs updated. Again, photos do not match what you walk into. Must stay in the glass portion of this hotel to get what you pay for! We did check for bed bugs; all clear.
