The staff were excellent. The location was very convenient to food, shopping and transportation. The room size was large and the room was comfortably cool. The walls are thin so you can clearly hear the neighbors talking. The room is clean except for the shower curtain, which smelled. Overall this is a great hotel.

The property is clearly showing its age, room looks like it was very nice in the 90s but has not been sufficiently updated for modern times. There was VERY LITTLE sound deadening in the room, all night I could hear motorcycles revving their engines up and down the street outside plus I could hear all the salarymen bringing home their “girls” and I could hear EVERYTHING. Quite possibly the worst nights of sleep I have had in all of Japan. Stay somewhere else unless this is the only option. Plus side it’s super close to the station and easy to walk to, as well as lots of shopping and dining nearby.
