Clean and fairly spacious room, good location
The room was clean and quite spacious, and had a relatively intuitive design. We got enough counter and desk space, which was great. The location of the hotel was within walking distance from Sakae which is the main shopping and food district. There were also plenty of convenience stores nearby. Subway stations are about a 10min walk away which is less great in winter. But overall it was a good stay.

More than expected, bathroom is spacious, clean and tidy. Many exits of different subway stations and required to walk for 10 mins and good to take airport shuttle if you got an early flight, take less than 10 mins walk

Highly recommended!
Gracious and friendly staff. Very clean room and common areas. Comfortable bed. In-room massage service was added bonus after a long day. English speaking manager went out of his way to help me rent a car, giving me all options avail.

The hotel was unique, but we were disappointed by the lack of help by the staff. We made several requests for help with the use of a microwave, ice, bike rentals, and were basically told they couldn't help us or didn't know. The thing that really irked us was a request for help with a simple phone call to book a non English speaking tour, and was told they couldn't do it for us. A random gentleman in the street not only helped us, but used his own mobile phone to contact the tour premises and booked us in for that day! What a great country!
