We enjoyed our stay immensely. It’s a wonderful hotel . I would like to give a shout out to Manny and Rebecca at the front desk that greeted us. They were warm and friendly. It was a nice start to our holiday. The only thing that was of concern was the toilet when flushed it would keep running. We figured out that if we lifted the handle of the toilet up after we flushed it . It would soon stop running. I forgot to mention it to the front staff when we checked out. We were in room 249. Others than that all was great ! Manny set us up with extra coffee k cups. Great hospitality on the part of these two. Thanks again Marriot.

My family had an extremely bad experience during our stay at the hotel due to the following reasons: Ants all over the room after we checked in at night. Notified the front desk and were told to move to another room. After we moved the following day we found a big spider in the washroom, the toilet was leaking all night, and sleeping was very difficult for the family. The following morning, I notified the front desk manager – AJ, about our experience and what we had gone through. AJ was not willing to listen to our concerns and was very abrupt and did not show normal hospitality as a manager, when I asked him to make some concession to our room rates. He was loud, obnoxious and hostile and showed no apathy for our complaint as a customer. We would not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel

Don't stay at Days Inn

At the check-in I asked for a toddler mattress and they didn’t have one to offer us. We had to adapt the room the best way we could so our son wouldn’t fall from the bed. I was really not surprised about the “free” (included o the cost of the room) continental breakfast to be very dull and not tasty at all. Unfortunately there was mould on our bathroom shower walls (see photo). The carpet was so dirty that my son’s feet became gray after walking barefoot on it for a couple hours. There was something sticky on it, like sap or something worse. The kitchen utensils were dirty too. The kitchenette is a joke! The stove is about 2 feet away from the bed. If you cook anything there the whole place will smell. The mini fridge was very old and couldn’t keep our food at the right temperature. The AC is very noisy and very little efficient. The black out shades were flaking and the sun light passed through it in patches. I had a situation and I offered to pay half stay for a late checkout (later than noon) and it was denied. Seems like “No” is the standard answer for any request. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the pool, but we couldn’t use it because it was way too cold. As you might have read in other reviews… the staff at the front desk is very unfriendly. Lesson learned: I will never stay in a Days Inn hotel ever again. What a disaster!

The room was a 2 bedroom suite and only one room had air conditioning and it was hot and sticky the room For what I paid had a horrible creepy junk yard out of the windows.the fan in the bathroom did not work. Would not recommend

The property is clean however the obvious need for repairs and seeing repairs in progress (e.g., paint patches on stairwell walls) detracted from the stay. Getting into and out of the property (right on a curve of the highway) made me nervous (especially leaving). Having a mirror to show traffic coming north on the highway would be helpful.
