Very good

The hotel is very cute. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom nicely appointed. The staff are friendly and willing to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. The food was very good and the restaurant service fully attentive. I would love to go during the summer when all the hotels facilities are fully operational, from swimming pool to hot tubs. I bet it is even more pleasant then. No complaints, our stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was nice, very clean. Our room was also very nice and clean.
The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and we seemed to annoy her even by checking in.
The wait staff were pleasant.
We were extremely disappointed the the hot tubs were not open. The main photo in their advertising is the hotels on the roof. We were told they are only open in summer. We couldn’t even access the roof where they were located to look at the view. The price was cheap and the room was very nice. It is well off the beaten path. Because of the location and staff, probably wouldn’t recommend it.
This is a beautiful property! Great pool and lots of outside sitting areas with great views. The staff try very hard to make your stay great. The free breakfast has a decent selection. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is very good. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The area is very run down, as is most of this part of Italy. We walked a lot up and down the streets and never once felt unsafe. Public transportation is only hourly and a 15 minute walk from the hotel so I would only stay here if you are driving.
The hotel was in a beautiful setting just under Mount Vesuvius with wonderful views over the coast. The rooms were very clean and well presented and ours had a hot tub in which was brilliant! The facilities were also all kept very clean and tidy.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was very enjoyable! A very memorable first wedding anniversary! Thank you very much!
Beautiful hotel, really clean and comfortable. We stayed for the night after visiting Herculaneum. The staff were friendly and dinner was great. We only had time for a quick dip in the pool at the end of our day but could have easily spent the day by the pool.
Great small hotel, but don't go by GPS directions or you end up some place else :) Stay on the main road until you see it on the left, a few more turns up the hill!
Andris Hotel is lovely. The staff couldn't be more helpful, a quiet oasis. You do need a car or taxi for the location as nowhere to walk to in the evening. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy but the hotel itself is lovely.
Pleasant ppl, bed too hard, clean & bright place, food mediocre

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. There were great views of Naples Bay and Mt Vesuvius. The hotel is ideal to visit Herculaneum.
Unfortunately, there were many issues which will prevent us from returning.
The family room's had a view of the volcano, not the bay which was disappointing.
There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities provided when we arrived in the room.
There were only two glasses provided for a room of four.
The shower was leaking.
The safe had no key and when it was provided it didn't work until hours later.
The included breakfast was very disappointing and not at all like what was described in the pictures. As well as the breakfast buffet there was a breakfast menu which had 6 items included in the room price, two of which were unavailable.
Some of the items in the breakfast buffet were overcooked or borderline stale.
The hotel is located up the side of the volcano and there isn't any reliable public transport.
The local area is dead and run down. There are a few cafe's and small restaurants right at the bottom but they were not quality establishments.
There was no useful information provided by the hotel such as bus services, local pharmacy's, recommended restaurants.
On our day of arrival, the hotel restaurant choice was a choice of two set three-course meals, with both starter and main course being seafood. The hotel restaurant was a joke really.
There was no food room service.
Long weekend to see the sights in particular the Herculaneum and Pompeii sights as well as visit the Crate of Vesuvius. Hotel very well located for all three attractions with easy access up the Mountain and back into town.
Would recommend a hire car for anyone visiting as transport not the best for access and times.
We recently stayed at the Andris Hotel in Ercolano for two nights with our friends, so that we could visit Herculaneum. We had two back rooms with balconies and on our first night we enjoyed our Gin & Tonics here before heading down to the restaurant for dinner. The sunset on Mt Vesuvius was impressive.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant both nights and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel pool looked very enticing but the water was a bit cool this time of year!! The upper deck provided a great spot to take more photos of the sunset over the Bay of Naples. The hotel manager could not have done more to help us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They called a taxi to take us down to Herculaneum and were the go between to have the taxi pick us up to go back to the hotel when we were ready. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I should imagine the rooms with a view over the Bay would be even better. They had great car parking across the road from the hotel and it was free.

Light in room was missing - giant jacuzzi in the middle of the room never turned on and smelled horribly - pool wasnt heated and extremely cold - English was a little hard to come by - their restaurant was pretty good though.
Stuff was amazing, food was great, room is good size, nice pool, plenty of parking , people are friendly , I only stayed one night but wish we stayed few days . I would recommend it to anyone
I only spent a darting 7 hours in the hotel but it was everything you could have asked for. Friendly reception (checking it at 0030!), clean and well equipped room. Decent breakfast. Very close to Vesuvius.
The photos make the hotel look better then it actually is, we chose the hotel for the location as it was within easy reach to Pompeii, Naples and sorrento however the hotel has nothing around it, no restaurants etc hardly anyone spoke English and the menu for the restaurant wasn't in English so it was a guessing game when ordering food. The views over the bay can't be seen by the hotel only from the wedding area which we weren't allowed into due to a wedding taking place. The rooftop we also weren't allowed into as it was 30 euros each per day and no children were allowed. The pool was an additional 15 euros each however as we have children he said if we stayed at the pool for no longer then 3 hours then we could have it for free, swimming hats are required at an additional cost too. Our hotel room was very dated and we had a balcony but the view was rubbish. In the evening there were so many flys covering the floor, doors and windows it was awful. We wouldn't stay here again, or recommend this hotel. Upon checkout we were also overcharged for our stay. A hotel which is out for your money and tricks with the photos. Never again.
A Lovely hotel with absolutely excellent facilities. A bit far from the main town center of Ercolano but this isn't a problem if you are a driver as the walk too and from town is a bit tedious. The Hotel its self though is a fantastic display of what Italy has to offer! Fully recommend the rooftop solarium!!!
We stopped at Andris Hotel on our way to the airport after having spent our holiday in Naples and at the Amalfi Coast. Our plan was to spend a night somewhere fairly close to the airport in order to make our departure as stress free as possible. Andris caught our attention because it was only a 20-min drive from the airport and also had a hotel pool.
At arrival we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist and were delighted to find out that we could check in 2,5 hours before our check in time. She also gave us an upgrade on our room and gave us a card stating that we were allowed to use the pool without paying for it. (It turned out the pool costs 15 Euro per person per day and guests are required to wear swim caps to be able to swim, both we were not aware of before).
Our room was great, the bathroom was big and the breakfast buffet was nice. However, we do not eat animal products so there was not much available for us, which we thought might happen and we therefore brought our own, and this did not seem to be a problem. It became more of a problem when choosing dinner from the menu that did not include any meals without animal products and some of the stuff seemed to be somewhat inflexible about changing dishes at first. This might also be down to language barrier and them trying to tell us that it might compromise taste when prepared differently. However, we assured that we would be fine with that and were served two very pleasing pasta dishes.
