It was very clean, the staff was helpful & they had a great breakfast. It was great for our overnight before heading to the airport. Be aware that it's a busy, noisy street when the windows are open. The elevator didn't always work. About 20-25 min. cab ride to the airport. 25 Euros in 2024.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay before the trip to the airport. The rooms were clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite small, but very modern had all needed amenities. It is in a neighborhood with limited restaurants. There was one restaurant recommended by the restaurant which was fine, we ate lunch and dinner there.

The hotel and staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. The room was big, very clean. and charming with juliette balconies. The bed and linens comfortable. AC works excellent. The neighborhood has a wonderful bakery and a great restaurant. The street is busy so noisy and a bit dirty, although we found Naples in general to be less clean than other cities we visited.

The front desk staff were incredible! They helped us with every thing we needed. Very impressed with the overall level of service and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, they offered one of the best breakfasts I have ever seen. I would gladly stay here again.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. Our room was smaller than we're used to, but it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to get to the airport in the morning and to turn in our rental car. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a nice selection of items. It was a bit noisy in our room because there is a lot of street activity in the area, but this isn't the fault of the hotel. We would stay here again if we're ever in the area.

This place is a dive - certainly not for tourists to stay. I was here for about six hours between flights and I wanted to leave and find a better hotel. But it was midnight and the neighborhood looked pretty sketchy. I don't know why people rated it a 10 - maybe they had low expectations.

Disappointing stat
Horrible experience- on check in we were told by Mariano that what we booked and paid for- Superior quadruple room that had 2 balconies and was large was given to someone else and he finally gave us a small room facing the street ( very noisy) Air conditioner barely worked He gave us extra soap/ shower gel and towel so that was nice Really not good for long distance international hotel guests especially from the USA They definitely need to have working air conditioners especially in the middle of summer heat and humidity! Breakfast staff were good although shared utensils to take food from large serving plates which is a health hazard especially for compromised travelers Not close to city center - public transport can be a nightmare especially on holidays

Pros:- superior quadruple room was big, breakfast good although shared utensils, kitchen/ breakfast staff good, Pasquale tried to help with dead air conditioner. Cons- far from city center, average public transport, non existent air conditioning in the middle of very hot and humid summer-exhausting and sleepless night. Front desk not too helpful- hotel advertises air conditioner- maybe good for local Italians and some Europeans although not good for US travelers

The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty and feels unsafe. On Sunday we couldn’t find a taxi passing by and had to walk for half an hour to catch one. The hotel itself is okay but there are no facilities available. Safety is also a concern. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
