The host was super helpful and wonderful, outside of the building is not much to look at but the inside is lovely and our room is clean and good size room, love the perfume samples and the luxurious towel. Will definitely give this place a 4star

Sophia and Luigi are the best! Via Whatsapp, they reached out to confirm our travel/arrival times and met us at the entrance of Il Divino. Sophia was kind, professional, and thorough when explaining how to get in and out, about the area, and even sent us information about local attractions. She gave us a wonderful recommendation to Gaetano Adamo—best pizza we had in Italy! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was firm, but not hard. There was a mini fridge/bar for convenience (drinks and snacks you have to pay for) and a kettle with a variety of teas. The bathroom was HUGE with lots of towels, shampoo and mini perfume/cologne. The vouchers for the cafe across the street were a lovely treat—the cafe was welcoming and took the vouchers without hesitation. We had cafe au lait with croissants—very good. Check out was a breeze, just leave card inside the room. There are some reviews about this area—it is Naples! It is like any other big city. Be aware of your surroundings and you will be fine. We were two women travelling and never felt unsafe—just avoid the train station itself at night. Don’t hesitate on booking this amazing hotel/B & B!

I appreciate honest reviews when I look at options, so I’ll be honest. The room, cleanliness, etc. were really excellent. The room was spotless, great bathroom and towels. Mattress was probably one of the hardest I’ve ever experienced. The person that checked us in was super nice, thorough and polite. The neighborhood could not be sketchier. It is really dangerous and 3 minutes walk from the train station ‘crowd’. If you only plan to move to and from the property via taxi (as we did) you will be just fine. If you plan to walk, the area around Il Divino is simply dangerous. Something to consider.

The room is very clean and modern with spacious bathroom. The owner communicated our check-in time with us in advance and the whole process was very smooth and staff was very friendly. She went through everything with us thoroughly and provided personalized service and dining recommendations for us. Location is also great and close to Napoli centrale. We highly recommend this hotel overall.

Il Divino is a modern chic boutique hotel close to the Napoli central station and airport. The rooms are very modern, well designed and equipped with amenities. It was a pleasure to interact with the manager and reception staff. They were proactive in reaching out to ensure a smooth check in at the hotel, confirming our arrival time and staying up to date via WhatsApp. They guided us well about the neighborhood and dining options around. The breakfast was included and at a coffee/ pastry shop across the street. Had the best cappuccino there.

Very impressive place and commendable staff
We had a great time staying at the hotel. Sofia, the hotel attendant is very gracious and helpful. She explained everything what we need to know and expect at the hotel. The most important thing that we have experience is the staff is very kind enough to let my wife know that they found her necklace and they were able to facilitate to ship it to the US where we live. That gesture is impeccable, and it is one of a kind trait of a person that they are. it should be rewarded with salary promotion to appreciate the good deeds that they did to their customer. The hotel is highly recommended. Breakfast is excellent and the location is strategic to all the things that a travelers needs like grocery store, 10 minutes walk to a n array of restaurants and bakery. very memorable experience we had.

The hotel communicated with me on whatsapp prior to the check-in which was great. Sofia handled my check in and gave a full personalized walk through of how to access the main door from the street as well as the main door to the hotel. Note that this hotel is accessible via a large door from the street, then you walk into a courtyard type area. The hotel door is at the back of the courtyard. When you first walk up you might be thinking, 'where am I going??', but once you get inside the hotel you realize this hotel is fully renovated and updated. The rooms are in perfect condition and larger than most you find in Europe. Plenty of space in the shower, as opposed to many European hotels where they only leave you enough room to barely turn around. I highly recommend this location as it's just down the street from Napoli Centrale. Great service, and excellent rooms.

The actual property is wonderful. New and well equipped and furnished. No issues at all with the property. Shower and bathroom was the best we experienced in Italy. Owner/developer has gone over and above with this property. Location is typical downtown industrial. Located in an apartment complex with sketchy surroundings. We were not briefed or ready for that. Owner was in excellent communication with me and had an associate meet us at entrance. Dinner choices were in sketchy locations. I would recommend for men and perhaps couples. However, if it were a single or two ladies, I would have concerns. This may be a typical B&B location in Naples, however, we did not feel safe unless we were in the B&B and room.

The room is nicely renovated and is a good size despite us having 2 luggages. And there are features that I really appreciate such as fluffy towels, spacious bathroom, big tv. The hosts are friendly and responsive. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again!

Had an enjoyable stay at il Divino. Lovely room which was clean and spacious. Coffee/tea making facilities. Room slippers also which was a nice thought. Free breakfast at nearby cafe. Short walking distance to central train station. Great host Luigi who was very helpful.

Il Divino was absolutely amazing! Our host Luigi was extremely kind and helpful. Sofia let us into our room and we were pleased with our accommodation. It was a bit noisy but we expected that in a big city! Highly recommend Il Divino accommodations.
