Wonderful staff greeted me ar the reception desk. Beautiful lobby and dinning room. The room was spotless. Since my travel in and out of Naples was by train, this hotel's location was perfect for tour busses and sightseeing in Naples.

Great location

A very lovely hotel in an excellent location. There is a nice walk street with restaurants right out front. The train station is right there. We had a nice view of Mt Vesuvius. The street outside is very busy, but the windows do a great job keeping the noise out.

The starhotels is close by the train station and the city transportation System. The lunch was fantastic, I’ve tried the margaritas pizza in the City, the starhotels makes the best pizza. Friendly staff. If you’re traveling with kids there’s a McDs have way on your left of the hotels across the street. Your friendly traveler.

We were in Naples for 4 nights and wanted to visit Capri,Pompeii, Sorento, Amalfi and various places. The location of the hotel was perfect as lots of tours have this as their pick up point. The metro is also 2 minutes away. The hotel itself was good and very clean. The rooms could do with more wardrobe space as you only get one small one between 2. And also no iron in the room however they gave us one to use but had to return it in an hour. Breakfast was ok but could do with more vegetarian options. Some of the staff didn’t always have a smile but would like to give a shout out to Rosella. She was extremely helpful and always had time for us . Also Rafaelo on the reception area was always helpful whenever we queried something. Apart from the cleaning staff most speak English as well which makes it easier. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again.

Great location for taking public transportation and close to many amenities. Garibaldi is a busy area and it's nice to have a quiet, clean and friendly place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Staff was great and accommodating, I was able to check in early and I had a wine bottle as an Expedia member gift. Overall, a great experience. I would book there again.

The hotel is conveniently located by the train and the underground train. The views in the back accommodations are less appealing but our room was beautiful and furnished nicely. We had a ton of space and a luxurious bathroom. The only downside was that we could hear the children in the adjoining room as they took their nightly baths. Laughing and splashing were frequent sounds heard through the vents. Lucia, front desk personnel, assisted with our check in and stay and was very accommodating. She made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we had transportation at time of check out. We ate the breakfast but didn’t feel it was worth the price charged. We found a bakery around the corner with the best cappuccino, fruit smoothies, and pastries (Caffeterria Rosticceria) It was well worth the one-minute walk. This part of Naples does leave a lot to be desired. It is dirty and swarming with police and guards. I guess that made it feel safe at least in the tourist areas. I would definitely recommend this property but suggest caution when hanging out around the town.

Greatly appreciated the onsite parking which is a rarity in downtown Napoli. Overnight parking is available but be warned if you need to leave early the garage doesn't open until 6AM. You will need to hand over your car keys while parked so the attendants can park and move your car in the garage during your stay. Its also a single lane entry/exit ramp next to a major pedestrian path to the train station so don't rush in/out of the garage.

Good hotel - Questionable location.

Hotel and staff were kind and courteous, however, the location, although being close to all transportation is less than stellar. Walking a block away from hotel will put you in a questionable area. Police and military presence is everywhere. Again, hotel and service great, area not so great.
