I was never told at check in, that I needed to request maid services the night before since they don’t have daily maid services. The reason I was told when asked why my room wasn’t serviced is because of COVID. Come on, Covid has been over for 3 years now.

Nice property. Nice area out back with pool, an area to sit back and relax. Took 3 days to get clean towels. Basically no room service till 4th day of stay. Also, important. room smelled musty. Seems like front desk listened to our requsts, needs but nothing seemed to happen. Maintenance was prompt when we reported shoer curtain rod fell down. Will we stay again, probably not.

At check in, lady’s at the front desk were rude and not helpful. Never this experience before, I guess we all have to experience this type of issue at some point in our lives. Any how, Hotel facilities were clean. The room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows were very much comfortable and clean. Bathroom was amazing, love the shampoo and soap smells.

It is always clean. We are always there. What threw us off is that they were doing renovation and there was nothing in the website saying that when we booked and no one told us, we found out that when we saw the ladders and workers outside our balcony.

Room and staff were fine but charging a fee to check in an hour or so early when the room is ready is ridiculous. I travel extensively for business and no other hotel charges an early check in fee. You can do better.

Nice place to relax. Clean. Convenient to the Promenade. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome! The Lake House is another great place for drinks. Wood highly recommend and we will be back.
