The rooms were quite small - just enough space for a bed and desk. The staff were very nice and friendly and the all you can eat breakfast was excellent. The issue was it got dark by 5pm in November and navigating through the area was difficult. We walked 15 min to the Narita county downtown and could find barely any restaurants open at 5pm on a Sunday and almost the shops in downtown were closed. Suggest dining nearby the hotel if you are arriving like us on a Sunday afternoon -- there are lots of restaurants open near the hotel

Served its purpose.
Convenient and extremely easy to get to the airport. Nice place, but needed a little updating. Various places with paint peeling and looked worn, however, the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helped us with the self-service check-in. Breakfast was adequate, but not great. The bed was comfortable and the room cooled off nicely with air conditioning. Check-out is 10:00 am and if a later check-out is requested the charge is ¥1500 per hour.

Hotel is not fancy new but with reasonable rate. Just 1 train stop from Narita Airport. Steps away from Keisei-Narita station. We booked a 2-bed room and it was very spacious. Clean and quite. Staff were very friendly and able to communicate with English. Breakfast was included but not too much of variety. Hotel is 15 minutes walk to Naritasan Omote Sando, worth to spend couple hours there. Would stay again for the next trip.

Had a great two week stay as we toured around Narita. Planning to stay again on a return visit. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would use a translating device when needed, which made communication easy. Parking is available nearby but with only one daily in/out privilege, we had to arrange our days accordingly. The room, a standard twin, gave us a bed to store our opened suitcases on, which helped as closet space was limited. We felt that Comfort Hotel Narita met all our needs at a reasonable price and getting around from there was most convenient, both on foot, by car or public transit.

It was the AC in the room that seems not to be maintained well that we both couldn’t stop coughing and decided to turn off and open the window. Thanks god it was not a super hot summer but beside that was ok.

Stayed for 2 nights, great budget hotel. Staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we asked. Breakfast was simple but filling, a very clean eating area as well. Always providing water and tea and coffee was a nice touch. Wifi was great. Location was amazing, right across from the train station.

very comfortable friendly hotel
this was a small room but as a Japanese hotel, I think standard. room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. complementary breakfast had lots of vegetables and healthy choices. staff are very friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage after checkout without a fee. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visit Narita.

The hotel itself was just okay. Small non-descript rooms, nothing special. Staff was nice and accommodating. We paid a small fee for late check-out. It was an easy walk to both the train station, and the wonderful Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple.
