It was wonderful to have a large room with a big bathroom and king size comfortable bed. A wonderful complimentary buffet breakfast. A convenience store there and a nice restaurant for dinner. Very attentive staff!

Hotel Nikko is very convenient being next to the Narita Airport and having a very good shuttle service. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The hotel is very dated and some parts were like a time capsule back to the 1980s which is kind of cool, but has a 'dated' feel to it. Otherwise the rooms were decent for the price.

We stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita overnight prior to our flight back to Vancouver. It is conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle to and from the airport and a free shuttle into the town of Narita. The breakfast was excellent and our dinner at the resaturant was also excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff was attentive and polite. The building is going thru renovations.I like where the project is going. Unfortunately we got the 3rd floor where it looks straight out a Kubrick movie. There were stains and dust collecting in many parts of the room. I don’t think it’s a staff issue as much as it is a design choice issue. The fixtures hopefully get an upgrade soon as I’m sure they are close to original. Overall room was ok but once out of the elevator and in the lobby area it feels like a decent place. Just buyer beware.
