The unit was on the ground floor with easy electronic keypad access and parking outside the unit. It was very clean but needs some upgrading - for example the ceiling paintwork was in poor condition. For our one night stay it was fine, convenient and easy to access. It was also quiet. Although we didn't meet the staff/hosts their correspondence was friendly and helpful.

Property in ideal location, a stones throw away from the main street. I liked the fact that you are issued a code that made for easy check in. Room was comfy, clean and affordable.

Even though the main area was exceptionally clean the bath room had issues Bathroom windows had mould. Mesh on bathroom window full of dust and fluff unable to use basin taps to tight and dripped continually. Sign said recently new owners. Basic maintenance would help

As a family of 4, we felt the size of the room was more then roomy, Extremely clean, with a full size fridge. The beds were clean and comfy, and the rooms quite. Great access to the room without having to worry about a Key! Highly recommend and would defiantly stay again.

What did I like about the property? Parking available Fridge, Microwave What I did not like about the property? Was assigned a room on the first floor. Had to carry heavy luggage through the stairs as there was no lift. May be difficult for seniors. The bathroom light was not working. I sent a complaint via SMS to the owner as the reception was closed on 23 Dec evening. He replied to me stating it could be fixed only the next day. As I had to stay only for one day I spent the night without having lights in the bathroom. This is something very basic thing which needs to be checked by housekeeping staff. You cannot assume that guests who check in late evening are not going to use the bathroom after travelling a long distance. We checked out the next day but the light was not fixed by that time.

The motel is basic but very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette had all we required. Shower powerful and soft, fluffy towels. Price is extremely reasonable. The location was good. No complaints. Will stay again when we visit Narooma.
