The room was really nice and cozy, the bathroom was nice and clean. We walked everywhere since the location is a block off Broadway. The staff and valet parking were very nice as well. Would stay there again and would recommend to others.

The room and location were great! The food in the restaurant was fantastic as well! I did feel bad for the staff, I’m not sure if it’s a management issue but they all seemed like they hated their job. Could also just be crazy tourists or a combo. They weren’t rude and were extremely helpful, I just felt bad.

The room was super clean, the hallways leading to our room was even spotless and smelled good. Staff was so friendly and was so conveniently located downtown to Broadway. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. They even had a restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel that was amazing and had live music!
