Picked Cambria on my first stay in Waco TX. The hotel was great in Nashville but the check in staff was not pleasant. A Titanium Member at Marriott so I know about Customer Service.

Room had a beautiful view but it was small. There was a tiny refrigerator and no closet. There was very poor lighting in the bathroom so couldn’t do hair and makeup in there. Front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. When I arrived the valet wasn’t helpful at all, had to ask another guess where to go check in (it was on the 5th floor). The valets on day shift were accommodating and helpful but night shift needed to be replaced or trained. The food at the hotel restaurant was not quality. However the Nash House restaurant adjacent to the hotel was great!
