Nice enough place but they're trying too hard to be "luxury and expensive" for as dull and dingy as the whole place is, the $100 deposit was unnecessary. Breakfast was a step above most places, very much enjoyed and the attendant was very friendly. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to an interior room which was nicer with having kids. The walls were paper thin though, I could hear every room on all sides of us. The pool and hot tub were a nice feature. A very nice place overall, clean and well run.

The receptionist was very rude & inconsiderate!! One roll of tissue, not enough towels & wash towels. The housekeepers harass you & stand @ your door til you check out! Which was annoying? They reminded us several times about check out. The manager questioned my 18 yr old for being in the lobby! The new management sucks & that will be last time staying there!!

Poor customer service.
Overall it was nice. Terrible service though. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights with no problems until checkout. My room only had 7 pillows, not 8 and the desk clerk checked our rooms before giving our deposit. Room was clean, trash all bagged, everything ready for them. And he said he refused to give the $100 deposit back without finding the missing pillow. I told him several times my room was short that pillow to begin with and he was welcome to check any of my property and he continued to be rude. Finally he settled and charged me $10 for missing pillow which was still uncalled for. Our 2nd day there we went to the pool and they have notes in the rooms that say to not use room towels for the pool, towels are provided so we get there and there wasn’t any which is okay, things happen. My mom runs to the front desk to tell them where they rudely say “here” and handed her 4 hand towels for 4 kids and 2 adults… had it not been for the service and attitude we received it would have been a great review. Room was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was great. Everything else was nice.

Shooting there 2 nights before our stay with our child. Pool/spa unclean, very cold. No towels. Elevator unavailable with our disabled child who was in town for surgery. Very dirty, unsafe and scary. Very unhappy with stay.

Best biscuit and eggs I've ever had at a motel
It was a preplanned midway place to sleep. Checked in about 9:30pm and was up at five ready to go after breakfast. Best biscuit and eggs I've ever had at a motel.

There was a birthday party going on by the pool- people running through the halls until after 1am. Our room was across from the elevator-the brakes on the elevator screeched when it stopped. We got almost no sleep.

The beds and linens were very nice and the room had been updated. The orice was the lowest in the areA. However, my room was next to an exterior door, which banged all nite, and near the swimming pool, which is open til 10p. The breakfast was good but served in a dark bar attached to the lobby....not very welcoming. I would move breakfast service inside the lobby, if possible. Thanks!

Recently stayed here for an in town wedding & let me tell you... this hotel was THE cleanest & freshest place I've stayed thus far & I've stayed in some hotels! The fresh smell & esthetics begin at the entrance & and go all the way to the rooms, which are spacious; they have all bathroom products; they were super clean!! Staff was pleasant & helpful as well! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever this way again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! ❤️

Property needed some upkeep and in desperate need of repairs. Staff was friendly and it was close to the interstate. Breakfast was decent. We did use the indoor hot tub but it could’ve been warmer.
