This property is suppose to be smoke free. They even say they charge an additional $500 if you smoke in your room. As soon as we started down the hallway to our room, you could smell weed. When we entered our room, it was as if someone was smoking in that exact room (extremely strong). I brought it to the hotel's attention as I did not want to get charged for it. She told me someone must be smoking in the bathroom vent and so the smell was traveling to the inside of all the other rooms. After a while the smell did dissipate. Unfortunately, they did it again later in the night but this time weed and cigarettes. It was awful! The venting system needs to be corrected. You should not be smelling whats happening in other peoples bathrooms! Other than that, the staff was nice, they offered each guest 2 free drinks and a free self serve nacho bar (from 5-7 I think), clean, quiet, safe and very convenient to the airport. IDK about breakfast as we left before they were to put it out.

This place was not what I expected. As soon as I walked through the door, I seen the dirtiness all over. The rooms were even worse. I decided to stay in a room with a balcony, and it had mold on on the balcony as well. The overnight staff was amazing. She was so kind and informational . WhenI spoke to her about my concerns, she listen to me and try to make accommodations even though I know it wasn’t her fault. I decided to stay one night and I found another hotel for the rest of my visit here in Nashville. Please don’t stay at this hotel. it seems like after our hotel for people that go out to the club and stay for the night, but unless you wanna catch something and take it home, find another place to stay.

Club Hotel Nashville had friendly staff and it is a 10 minute ride to airport and downtown Nashville. They give you 2 alcoholic drink tickets for Friday and Saturday nights. The hot breakfast buffet was pretty good and had a decent selection of items. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Most nights were quiet except for the last one where some domestic dispute happened at 3am. Overall it was a good experience.

Very convenient location; Nice, clean rooms; Noisy through the night; Some noise caused by guests, other loud noise caused by hotel staff cleaning rooms then loud door bang when exiting room after cleaning; Big plus was free on premise parking; Over-all, might consider staying there again; Nice people!

Staff was amazing on second and third shift, the only thing I must say is the walls are super thin. Need to find a better way for the doors to not slam. It was always loud when everyone got up moving and house keeping started.
