Bad Customer Service by Hotels.com & hotel Manager
Hotels.com did not work with us when we tried to move the date back on our reservation. We worked with "Marco" who was part of their "virtual agent" program. He attempted to contact the management at the property who was not able to move our reservation or cancel our stay. We had an issue with our vehicle and were delayed 1 day. All of this took place the night before our reservation date, so you would think either Hotels.com or the actual hotel would work with a customer but negative. So a negative review you both get. Thanks for the $140 wasted!

The rooms are dated and the neighborhood is a little run down. But the check in was great and the staff was VERY efficient and friendly. About 15 minute Uber to downtown Nashville and easy cine. Would definitely stay again

The staff at the front counter were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good. Room was a little dirty with stained bed cover and dusty. The bathroom sink had a big crack which looked like someone had sealed it with silicone. When I went to make coffee with the in-room coffee maker and supplies in the morning, I was very disappointed to find there was only decaffeinated coffee. C'mon Comfort Inn, decaf IS NOT coffee. Other than minor cleanliness and MAJOR coffee issues, this was a pretty good stay.

This place is unique because of the staff you have a staff that all worked together I fantastic team. The only thing I wish they would improve on is the exercise room if it had an exercise bike so people who have nerve condition in their legs would be able to sit And pedal and get the exercise their legs need

You can’t find a more helpful staff and they have here the cleaning staff very thorough on their work very friendly very considerate very helpful. The dining room lady probably doesn’t get paid enough for what she does. She maintains the food. The cleanliness open doors for people Assist the handicapped, always greets people in the morning. She needs to get a pay raise

NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED...
The room was like a box no sytle to it. Very old hotel trying to update but u cant update inless you knock down walls to make room bigger for the price i paid i was ans am disappointed. Should have stayed elsewhere if i was so exhausted from traveling to doctors back and forth i woild have never paid this price. The outslets in room allbut 2 worked. No walking room whatsoever. Just a bed an old chair tv and desk nothing like looking at the pictures and reading the reviews at all ! I worked at a hotel for several yesrs and one thing we had to make sure of is that everything was in working condition so fill out maintenance slip. When we first walked in there was an odor thank goodness i had spray. I mean the outsidr gives the hotel justice thats about it. I will not be staying here again on my next trip to Nashville. I read the policy and no where in it did it state a pet fee just pet friendly wellnits 25.00 per night per pet just a heads up. I asked for receipt they said at check out yeah it was under the door when i woke up, really thats bad . All i heard was heavy walking from floor above i was on ground level. It wont let me upload photos. They used 5 outlet plugs to plug things up but the outlets didnt work 2 at most did and no control over brightness of lamp that does plug in. I am just very disappointed and believe for all the good reviews id like to know where these people stayed!
