The building is new, open only three months, it is clean and nice. They are having some significant maintenance issues, though. We stayed four nights. Two of those nights the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking all hotel guests. The front desk lady did not respond well to customer inquiries about this. Instead of apologizing for waking everyone, she said it wasn’t her fault and gave some excuse about a hot shower setting it off the first time, and a customer smoking in his room the second time. The last morning we were there, neither elevator was working, meaning everyone had to drag their luggage down multiple flights of stairs. Again, the front desk person did not seem to recognize the major inconvenience this was, and dismissed it saying she was waiting for the elevator company to call her back. The hot breakfast was decent, the very same thing every morning.
