Honesty is not their policy.

Hotels.Com Lied on there website about the distance to St. Thomas West Hospital. It showed 4.63 miles from the hotel to the hospital we were there because our family member is sick in the hospital. That’s why we chose that location for the mileage. It’s actually 7 miles with no traffic very disappointed in the honesty . we wanted to be closer to the hospital in case we had to rush back.

We had a good visit at this Comfort Inn. Only issue was the parking after about 9:00 pm. We didn’t know there was another lot we could use. It was a mess. Several cars were vying for the same 2 spaces. Stressful.

It was a super convenient location. The workers were kind. The room was not clean. We asked for them to clean the room on our 3rd day. We came back to 2 crickets in our bathroom and the bathroom was filthy. (We didn’t leave it like that) Breakfast was convenient and yummy!

I really this hotel , it was very clean, the Breakfast was really good the room was a nice size, The bed was extremely comfortable and the little gal at the front desk was extremely friendly, l would definitely stay again
