Awful experience!!! The manager was rude and not one bit accommodating! The parking lot was full. Some of it being due to trailers taking up 2-3 parking spaces and due to some people parking crooked over the lines. That caused me to have to park in the additional parking over at the business next door that was a sketchy vape store. Very unsafe and inconvenient. The entire hotel smelled nothing but weed the entire stay!!! In addition to those problems, I had issues with the charges. First, I had a reservation for this trip but I needed to make a change. However, I couldn’t do it through the app so I canceled the reservation and immediately made another with the changes. I reserved to “pay at property “. However they charged me on the morning of the canceled reservation. I called the hotel and the girl that helped me stated that it was their error and would credit it back to me. So, on the reservation I made once I canceled the first. Again, I was to “pay at the property” and they charged my card on file early that morning of the 2nd reservation. At this point, they have charged me for 2 reservations! When I arrived they charged for safety/damage deposit. So at that point they had over $700 of my money when I should have only been charged under $300. I called the corporate customer service 3 times and the last time they told me that nothing would be done about it but it was reported. It took a complete week to get the money back that they wrongly charged me for! NEVER AGAIN!
