The building is new, open only three months, it is clean and nice. They are having some significant maintenance issues, though. We stayed four nights. Two of those nights the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking all hotel guests. The front desk lady did not respond well to customer inquiries about this. Instead of apologizing for waking everyone, she said it wasn’t her fault and gave some excuse about a hot shower setting it off the first time, and a customer smoking in his room the second time. The last morning we were there, neither elevator was working, meaning everyone had to drag their luggage down multiple flights of stairs. Again, the front desk person did not seem to recognize the major inconvenience this was, and dismissed it saying she was waiting for the elevator company to call her back. The hot breakfast was decent, the very same thing every morning.

Great hotel for a Nashville visit
Great hotel, premisis was very clean. Not far from down town and other activities. Breakfast was ok but could stand to have more variety it was the same all 3 days we were there.

I felt that the staff was extra helpful in trying to accommodate us. We were worn out from travel and GPS has us going all over the place which led us 30 mins in the wrong direction. Breakfast options were yummy and they did a great job keeping it full. I felt bad how some people made such a mess. The staff cleaned ut up with a smile still on her face.

Contact High & Fire Alarm Wake-Up Calls!!!
For two of our three night stay, we were awakened a little after 6am by the building fire alarm. Desk attendants provided what seemed to be bogus explanations and were inconsistent with each and house keeping as to what actually happened. It seemed as if the workers were trying to get people up and out of the hotel. Whatever the case, If you want to be awakened by the fire alarm, this is your place. Additionally, you couldn’t walk down the hallway at night without getting a contact high from people smoking weed in a smoke free/pet free hotel. The building was new, amenities were fine, walls are very thin. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. Without the weed (every night) and fire alarms (2 of the 3 mornings), I would give it a 4 star rating. With all of the nonsense and responses from management, I give it a 2 at best.

Ok, but we only stayed one night.
1 night stay traveling from Colorado to Florida with my mom. No ice on our 3rd floor or in breakfast area. Had to go to 2nd, 4th or 5th. My family texted me because Google maps showed my staying on a burnt down building. Bed hurt my mom’s back. Only 1 chair to sit, but there were 2 of us. So we had to lay in bed to watch tv.

Clean and comfortable.
Very clean,comfortable very quiet. Pool is not heated even though it is inside. Fitness room was very clean with new equipment. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room waa amazing , so comfortable. The staff and front desk check in were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was so good! My only note was that there were no hooks or towel racks for your bath towels or hand towels . I would stay there again. It was so comfortable Also, close to shopping center and restaurants

This was an excellent value for the price that we paid. The property is clean and convenient to the highway. There were a few things that led to me scoring the hotel a 4 instead of 5. They are as follows: 1. I prefer a shower over a tub in my hotel rooms. There was some slight staining in our tub. 2. Parking is difficult if you check-in later. 3. There no hand sanitizer at breakfast. With all the hands touching the utensils, I would definitely make it readily available.
