This was the first big family vacation that we have ever been able to experience. This hotel was such an easy drive to all the experiences that we had planned. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal, so many choices!! The pool was very cold to be an indoor pool, but that didn't stop us from having a great time swimming! If we ever have the opportunity to visit Nashville again, this is the hotel we will be going back to!

The rooms were nice. The staff was courteous however we booked 2 rooms from Thursday till Sunday 1 room the air conditioner didn’t work the staff said they could not fix the air conditioner till Monday and we are leaving Sunday. We asked for another room but they were booked I think they should knock off. Some money due to the uncomfortable sleeping conditions with the room temperature being 80 degrees
