Clean. I recently stayed at an IHG in Amarillo Texas and it was crawling with cockroaches. So let’s just say it was a refreshing experience to come to this hotel and hear a confident front desk agent brag about her hotel and its cleanliness. LOVE. We ordered door dash after a crazy stressful drive. And I had literally the best salad ever from a place called North Italia. We decided to stay at the comfort inn bc we didn’t want to go deep into downtown and wanted a quiet sleep. It was quiet and super chill. In fact it even had a dispensary like right next door. Not that I smoke but again super chill. Pool was clean and relaxing and the gym was way bigger than any IHG I’ve seen so far. Staff was very nice and my front desk I didn’t get her name but she was very professional and listened to me complain and reassured me that this hotel would be different then the Staybridge in Amarillo Texas. Will definitely be staying at comfort inns more often after this. Also sofa bed was clean and basically everything looked new! The room also had a REAL digital alarm clock and no weird tiny led lights keeping you awake.

Honesty is not their policy.

Hotels.Com Lied on there website about the distance to St. Thomas West Hospital. It showed 4.63 miles from the hotel to the hospital we were there because our family member is sick in the hospital. That’s why we chose that location for the mileage. It’s actually 7 miles with no traffic very disappointed in the honesty . we wanted to be closer to the hospital in case we had to rush back.
