Absolutely disgusting! Old, broken, unkept, food was horrible! Staff was arguing with each other. Throwing F bombs. Just overall horrible!! Should be closed! We checked out and didn’t stay! Lost money! Should be refunded but no refund.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed was too hard for my comfort. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good, though breakfast area is too small. There are signs to not take food to your room, but times that may be your only option to sit and eat. Overall descent stay.

Outside was tons of trash and gathered all over the parking lot and cars. Plus it was hard to find the entrance due to construction. There should be a sign directing where to pull in other than the Shell gas atation

The property appeared to be new from the outside. But when we checked in and went to our room we realized the property probably hasn’t been cleaned in years. That’s the only way the layer of filth could accumulate like this. The carpets were so disgusting I didn’t want to take my shoes off! Every surface in the hotel was stained, sticky or dusty. Not to mention the various squished cockroaches on the walls, bathroom floors and in the fridge. Do not stay here! When I asked the front desk person if they vacuumed he was shocked at such a question lol Like come on! We all know what’s going on here, it’s nasty!

Staff was nice and accommodating - we found a roach in our room though. Wanted a refund for the stay but due to booking with Expedia, they couldn’t provide and could only switch us rooms. We didn’t stay in the hotel during the day so it served its purpose but won’t be going back.

Overall decent stay. Could use some deeper cleaning in the rooms (bugs in window slide and rust and dirt around shower). Breakfast was good and right on time as was the airport shuttle.
