This convenient condominium is located in a unique renovated Iron Works plant only a .5 mile from Lower Broadway/ Downtown Nashville with its own view of the Cumberland River. In addition to being located just near Downtown Nashville, it is conveniently located to other Nashville hot spots: East Nashville, The Gulch, Music Row and 12 South neighborhoods making it a central location to explore Nashville. The cozy bed, comfortable living area and fully stocked kitchen make staying in just as easy as going out. I am an established owner with more than 7 years of rental experience with more than 140 5-star reviews.

Our Space:

Our condo is a modern traditional style. The blend of traditional pieces and new, modern elements come together to create a comfortable space for you and fellow guests to call "home" while in Music City. French doors overlooking the river allow for natural light! The bedroom features a pillow top, king mattress and additional sleeping is available on the sleeper sofa that also opens to a queen size, memory foam mattress. Utilize the well-equipped kitchen to make or heat up meals while in the condo as well. Enjoy meals at our kitchen bar or while taking in the outside on the balcony.

Weekend in Nashville

Place was very cozy and lovely. Tastefully decorated that gave a homey feel. Bed was very comfortable after a lot of walking throughout the day. Great view of the river. The parking cover saved us from getting soaked when we returned from The Grand Ole Opry. Short Uber ride to Broadway and attractions. Quick walk to Germantown. Only issue was the shower head. After three minutes in the shower, the temperature started dropping and the water started getting cold. Not sure if there was an issue with the water heater or perhaps the shower just needs a restrictor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the host is very very sweet.

Music City Bowl

We rented this condo at Riverfront in order to be within walking distance of Nissan stadium for the Music City Bowl. We were shocked it was even available especially at a fraction of the cost of the hotels. We don't mind walking places so it was awesome to leave the car at the condo and walk to Broadway, the museums, everywhere. Location was key for us and we couldn't have been any happier. Nashville throws a HUGE country music New Year's Eve bash at Centennial Park and we were even closer to the park! We felt very safe walking at night but going back to the condo I'd recommend taking 3rd Ave. to Stockyard at night, rather than 1st Ave. The condo was very clean and represented well in the listing. Cute decor. We were out most of the time but it was perfect for just the two of us. It is up two flights of stairs from the lot. We appreciated the free covered parking. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled very clean. The bed is really high and I'm 5'9". I'm not sure if a liquid soap was provided in the shower. We had our own soap. Shampoo/conditioner were provided. There were a few soap smudges on the counter in the bathroom but that was the only thing that could have been cleaned a little better. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked with appliances, coffee station, flatware, etc... We didn't use anything besides the refrigerator and ice maker. We were out enjoying the city! I would definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to friends.

Riverfront Delight - Just Right!

This stay was for my wife's birthday. I wanted to take her to Nashville to see Tommy Proffit - A Birth of a King Christmas concert at the Grand Ole Opry. The Opry was about a 20-25 minute drive but, the location of this place is within 1 mile of Broadway where all the country stars have their bars and restaurants. Great location, covered parking, away just enough to not be hectic with traffic and could walk to many of the sites. Great place! Thank you!

Nice place to stay

The condo was very clean and the decor really added to a fun Nashville experience! The location is within walking distance to many interesting areas - Broadway, Germantown, all the major museums, the river walk and Bicentennial Park. The area right around the condominium is not very scenic but this unit does have a nice view of the river.

Nice view of the Cumberland river from private was nice balcony. Cover parking was nice and ample space. Construction across the street was not much of a problem but local streets need improvement. Convenient to down town.

Amazing Place to Stay!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We stayed with our 2 teenage girls - one slept on the pull out sofa and the other slept on an inflatable mattress (teens!). Everything was immaculate and convenient! Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, K-Cups - everything you would need is already there - seriously so thoughtful! Plenty of extra towels, linens and pillow were available too. Location was fantastic! We walked to the Hop On/Off Tour and it took us about 15 minutes. We had such a wonderful time - would highly recommend!

Delightful Stay

Very cute and comfortable condo decorated with Nashville style. If you’re looking for a place to be near Nashville, but also want to get away from the craziness, this is a great place. Right on the river, and if you sit on the deck and look at the grass below, you might spot groundhogs, ducks, squirrels, and an array of birds. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved our stay.
