Would stay again.
Our room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hallways needed attention to cleanliness. Furniture in checking area needed cleaning. Breakfast was adequate.

Hotel messed up my reservation, giving me a room with two beds instead of one king. I called from the room phone to disclose this; I was told there was nothing to be done because they were booked full. I was also told the system showed that I booked two beds, even though I told the employee I was staring at my reservation for one king bed while we were on the phone. At 11:47 p.m., when I was in bed for the night, he called my personal cell phone and came knocking on my door. I did not open the door at first, out of fear, and only spoke to him through the door. He told me I was right about the reservation being wrong; he said the people who needed two beds had shown up and he wanted to move me to a room with one king. He asked if he could come into my room to see if it was clean for the guests and said he’d help me pack my things to change rooms. I said absolutely not and was horrified he’d even request this. Massive security threat. I packed my things and met him outside of my new room to get my key cards. As a female traveling alone, I barely slept because I was so disturbed by this entire situation. I left the next day, even though I was booked for two nights. I couldn’t get myself to stay there again.

I like the location. I didn’t like that we didn’t have hot water the first night. The breakfast was all carbs no eggs no nothing. The hot tub wasn’t working. The pool not heated. My curtains didn’t close and the TV was dysfunctional

We arrived late Friday night to the hotel, and at check-in the person working the desk was very kind and inviting. He got me checked in quickly, and we went to grab a couple of things at Target before coming back to our room. At first glance, the room seemed clean and tidy. However, after being settled in for 2 hours, my daughter decided to shower and we found black mold on the ceiling and in the corners of the tub/shower area. There was also some orangey brown stain on the wall between the toilet and shower that could have been poop or puke- disgusting. We also discovered that our TV remote didn't work; we were able to get the TV to turn on, but we couldn't change the channel. Since it was so late and we had already been in the room for a while, I decided to wait to report it 'til the next day. The next morning my son wanted to swim, so we went down to the indoor pool. The floor of the elevator was dirty, with something having been spilled on the floor and not cleaned up. The only table in the swim area was covered in crumbs of someone's leftover food and there were crushed Goldfish crackers all over the floor upon entry. All the chairs were dirty, and the metal around the door to the pool area was heavily rusted, as well. I didn't have time to stop at the desk to talk about the cleanliness issues in the room on Saturday, but I made sure to report it when we checked out. The man I spoke to didn't seem too apologetic or surprised. I will NEVER stay here again.
