Staff was very helpful. Had suite with large living room space in addition to king size bedroom/bathroom. Housekeeping attentive to needs. Continental breakfast sparse. Probably want to eat out at nearby restaurants. Many choices available close by.

Kind of dim and dark I slept well, but my partner wasn’t happy overall. The front desk person was rude. We couldn’t get the television on and it took him too long to come upstairs and fix the television so no, we were not happy.

Very disappointing stay.

I will write to Hotels.com and to Wyndham. We went with grandchildren for 4 days. When we checked in I specifically asked if there was a pool available, and was assured there was. It had been closed by the state of Tennessee and everyday we were told it would be opened. I have VERY disappointed kids. Management lied. Our room was clean enough but the heating/air conditioner had one temp... 51 degrees. The room had 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people and a tv remote that didn't work. Beds were very hard. Breakfast could have been much better too...We will not return.

An 8.2 VERY GOOD- NO WAY IN THE UNDERWORLD

An 8.2 VERY GOOD- NO WAY IN THE UNDERWORLD: Got there- Lobby was miserably hot, the worker was not welcoming or greeting. Got to the room to find smelled of old smoke and Curry. The air did work thank God. The police where banging on the door across from us we were 202 and they were banging on 204. When we went to the door after a bit, the police officer said it was no problem, he then left, came back, and went in the room, we never saw come out, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON IN THAT ROOM- there was a do not disturb sign up. It was very weird. When I asked the next day the Manage at the desk knew nothing. Don't Believe that. Awake with police in the hall knock on doors all night. The pillows were small squares. I the morning I stepped into the shower to find MOLD all around it. Explains some of the smell. Went to get ice after check-in. NO MACHINES anywhere. They were BROKE, had to go to the desk and beg the unenthusiastic desk to get some. He said they were broke. Parking lot littered with trash. This place is like a 6.4 not a 8.2--- they must have bought that rating!

I got the room for the pool specifically i asked ahead of time if the pool was up and functional and they told me yes, upon getting there i seen a closed by state sign on the door. He told us we could use it still but it was ice Cold it ruined my kids trip

This has to be the worse hotel, I had planned to stay a week here and I left after one day. The 3rd floor smelled like someone was cooking curry in the hallways!! Blood on the wall. Didn’t know who worked there and who didn’t. Water damage on all walls

Hallways smelled terrible. Room smelled like smoke. The pool was closed. We even called a couple days in advance asking about the pool because we had read it was closed. They told us it was open. We checked in and asked about the pool again and they continued lying about it opening. We asked each day and they lied each time saying it would be open that afternoon. It wasn’t a maintenance issue, there was a paper on the door about the county closing it down. I wouldn’t even call what they offered breakfast either. The ice machine was also broken. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

For the price, I was not expecting it to be like the Ritz. It was just ok and good enough to sleep for two nights. My issues were: the TV in our room didn't work, there was a constant drip in our toilet, and the ice machine was broken. If you stay here, don't plan on the breakfast. It was very disappointing. You could make your own waffle. They didnt have any fruit or juices.

Clean, nice, late check up in staff a bit slow and the pool was closed due to failing state inspection and there was no notice on the hotel website or Expedia about this and we have kids who were looking forward to swimming after a long car ride.
