Our Dolly and Johnny themed apartment located in a historic building on Nashville's WORLD FAMOUS Music Row! Built in 1968 and owned by the Haggard family, this building has been a part of the unique history of country music and housed countless singers and songwriters while recording in Music City, including legends like Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson. Experience the real culture of Nashville before it's replaced by high rises and luxury hotels! If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!

The Loft is located DIRECTLY ON Nashville's Music Row and the heart of Midtown. You're walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music and restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, and more.

Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here on Music Row. This historic apartment is housed inside an 8-unit complex and owned by the Haggards - it doesn't get more Nashville than that! Walk out your front door right onto Music Row and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby's Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Entire Apartment - But there are 7 other units in the complex, so please be respectful of the neighbors!

There are so many places within walking distance! Winners and Losers, Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and search Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.

No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown where you'll find some local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer's Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around 2 miles one-way!

Dated space, rather dirty floor, bedding and towels clean, good for a place to rest your head, but not a Ritz Carlton. Rather for college kids.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would! The only thing good about this property was it was in a decent location... It was so unbelievably dirty, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months!!! After just 20 mins of being inside our eyes were burning, so we did some investigating and the furnace filter was DISGUSTING!! The mobile fan for our room was full of dust as well! Dust and dirt on all of the base boards, crumbs and dirt on the pullout couch, front of oven was dirty, sink dirty, bathroom dirty, bedroom dirty! Blinds were broken so people could see in, and it was ground level! The place smelled horrible, bathroom towels didn’t smell clean. I can’t say enough bad things about this property!! Pictures online make it look beautiful, but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Almost had to rush my mother to emergency room because her throat started to close up with how much dust was in that place! Needless to say, we packed up our stuff and stayed at a hotel instead! Much cleaner there! Dealing with the property manager was just as horrible!! Didnt offer to reimburse money or anything! Oh not to mention, at first they gave us the wrong address and passcode so we had to go out of our way to find the CORRECT property... what a NIGHTMARE!!!
