We had been to a Fairfield Inn & Suites before in IL and thought we would give this one a chance since it was our first time in Nashville. The first night, there was limited parking because a) there were some spots only for charging stations, b) other guests parked in two spots and c) the only other spots available were surrounded by mice and rats. The second night, when we called to report the same thing going on and asked for suggestions, the front staff was very rude and we were ultimately told to "just park"(which is what we were obviously trying to do). Besides the parking, the complimentary breakfast selection was terrible and the room had a foul odor when we first entered, almost musty. We completely understand that complimentary breakfasts are limited; however, even early in the morning, the sausages were burnt, the batter wasn’t stocked, etc. This experience might be what pushes us towards other establishments during our travels.

Wonderful facility with excellent service by the front desk staff. Their shuttle to/from the Broadway area is a great benefit. Our driver was very helpful and responsive. The breakfast is above average for hotel breakfasts.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 4 grand children. The babies really enjoyed the indoor pool. A great breakfast was served daily. We were 25 minutes from Nashville Shores.

I liked the free shuttle, Frank and Karen were the best drivers. They drove very safe and obeyed all the traffic signs. They shared insight of the surroundings especially how to walk around town and always said where the pick up and drop off location was. They were always plesant and picked up the phone everytime happily. I accidently called their service and I saw that they called me back as a missed call. Very attentive to the customers. Very personable. I took this shuttle everyday. I stayed 4 nights. Next the hotel staff were all accommodating and nice. I really enjoyed my time and made my first trip to Nashville welcoming. The hotel isnt super fancy but the customer service gets the gold star!!!

The free shuttle to take you to and from Broadway is a fantastic service. Kim, our driver, was pleasant and accommodating. My only negative regarding this hotel is the breakfast wasn't very good.
