Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Walkable to downtown Nashville. Great breakfast in the morning and the pool was also nice. Rooms were very comfortable.

Hotel was noisy. Not only outside but inside as well. Internet was extremely slow. Parking was ridiculously high. Nashville has become a real nasty place. People laid out on street from meth. The breakfast was quite tasty. My compliments to the cooks. Was surprised it was that good.

Honestly we spent the worst night of our life in this property. The noise of the street is terrible and people didn't respect at all the quiet during the night in the corridor. Soundproofing in desperate need of revision. We thought we d sleep with the window open

The desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. They remembered you when you walked in, maybe not by name but by face. That was impressive to me. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were able to get extra towels and blankets quickly when requested. I would definitely stay here again, as it was close enough to lower broadway to walk there, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Nice sleeping bed, shower head had plenty of water pressure and Dove products. The front desk staff was very friendly. The guys on the Valet Team were super helpful getting us in and out of our Uber. We also enjoyed the pool.
