Location is in walking distance to the main bars on Broadway so no need to drive. Breakfast was huge with the most options I've ever seen. Premade cheese omlets this morning were delicious. Also, rotate sausage patties and bacon as options each day. Small cinnamon rolls with icing were good. $55 per day valet parking was expensive but not a lot of choices in this area of Broadway. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and seemed to enjoy working there. Whether or not they actually do, I don’t know, but they were good at making you feel human and not just another transient. I mean we stayed on broadway so it definitely wasn’t quiet and there was a fair amount of unhoused people but I never felt unsafe. Overall, we would stay again.

Dissapointed towards the end

My stay started off very pleasant, the staff was super friendly, the free breakfast was really good. On my last night I asked the front desk lady what options I had as I was flying out the next night and check out was at 11am. She told me I could ask for a late check out which would have me checking out at 5 pm for an additional $75. I was happy to hear that the next morning after having breakfast I went back to the front desk to ask about getting that late check out and the lady Yvette looked at me like I was crazy with an attitude asked me how late was I trying to check out I said well the girl said 5 she kind of smirked and said the latest you can check out is at noon proceeded to say they had a really big group coming in. Why wouldnt the lady from the night prior tell me that to begin with that it was something I could do IF there was availability. Now while they can hold your luggage when I checked out the same lady Yvette then with attitude said " You can check with her and see IF there is any room available " I couldnt wait to leave the hotel and unfortunately had to stick around in the lobby for 4 hours until it was time to head out to the airport. Also be aware upon checking in they will charge an additional fee which they say will be refundable but as I am reading other reviews it looks like they keep some of it. Yeah I will probably never go back
