The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing all 3 days we were there. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the section of Broadway where everything happens. We walked to everything on Broadway. Would stay here again when we go back.

The room was a little 'tired', mismatched paint touch up on the bathroom door, and mattress was misshapen, for example. At check in they force a $75 per day damage deposit. I used the express checkout they offered, and said a copy of my bill would be sent to my email. It's been 2 days since checkout, and I still have not received an email with my bill, even after requesting it yesterday and being told again it would be sent. This feels really 'scammy'. I felt their valet charge was ridiculous as well, as they charged $150 for a total of 38 hours. The location is great...but I wouldn't stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. My room was comfortable and clean, providing a great space to relax. The standout feature of my stay was the staff. Marcedes at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Darrien with the valet service was fast and cheerful, adding to the pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nashville!

The room was neglected we called for towels and toilet paper spoke to a person waited 2 hrs no towels for shower so went to concert in Nashville not showered we don’t pay for a room and have no clean towels and no toilet paper that is horrible.

I booked for the wrong dates, I called and asked if I corps move the dates and they were very quick to tell me they coyotes not so anything that I had to call Orbitz (which I will also not be using ever again)I did not want a refund just move my reservation one day. So I lost $260 dollars. Just like that. Rude staff. Thieves. Them and Orbitz.

Front desk staff was mostly helpful. Could have used more help figuring out where to go for food and transportation when we arrived and it was raining. Surprised to find there was not a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Would have liked water/coffee/tea available 24/7. Afternoon reception was nice but not consistent. Good breakfast options. Would have liked it to be later on weekdays. Overall good stay. Would stay there again. Good location.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel! So many different choices and it rotates each day. The only complaint I have about this hotel was the one staff member at check in, she was not very welcoming when we arrived and this demeanor was consistent throughout our stay.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was incredible. However, the check-in experience was terrible. The person that checked us in was very annoying, on his phone the whole time he was checking us in and was giving "dont want to be here tonight" kind of vibe - so rude and unfriendly. The other staff though throughout the day were super helpful.
