The hotel is in a great location, it’s walkable to all the bars and attractions on Broadway. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was so-so. Small beds, a/c that barely cooled the room, and a smoky cigarette smell coming from the bed area. Overall not a bad stay.

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast bar. It had a wide variety of options including several healthy things. The room was clean and of adequate size. There was no chair in the room except a rolling desk chair. As I had had rotator cuff repair I was expecting there to be a searing option such as a love seat or accent chair as there have been in every other room I have stayed in while traveling. The room was extremely noisy to street traffic. It sounded like drag racing was occurring all night long. There were also VERY loud people in the room next door well after midnight and teenage or young adult kids literally racing down the halls late into the night and early morning hours as well. When I attempted to call and report this behavior the phone in the room did NOT work. I would have went downstairs and reported but it takes an extremely long time to get dressed with one arm! We had less than two hours sleep through the night. Also, before booking, I had called the number for the hotel chain I was told that there were 140 self parking spots. That was NOT the case and according to the front desk lady when we checked in they had done away with self parking over a year ago. So you have to add 55.00 valet parking to your bill. The checking clerk was not friendly at all.

Clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. The gentleman at the front door unloaded our car onto the cart and took it to our room for us. Room services could use improvement we needed toilet paper and had to track them down, they didn’t speak english so it was difficult. The breakfast was delicious.

Staff was great. Everyone I interacted with or even passed by greeted me with a smile. They were helpful in recommending places to eat and visit in the area as well. The rooms are clean and a good size. The one major downside is that the walls are super thin. My neighbors seemed to be speaking in a normal tone but it sounded like they were in the room with me.
