Spacious, clean room, convenient to Broadway. Noisy bathroom fan, weak water pressure in shower, & a shower curtain that wouldn’t stay closed on the rod - either end. Sheets comfy, bed ok.

The front desk was very helpful. House keeping were nice but appeared under staffed. One day out 3 our room was checked and beds made. Breakfast was extremely nice and food variety great. They had a reception hour in the evening was nice. Very close to downtown activities and was quiet.

This facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus. Our only issue was the construction noise coming from the adjacent property. Obviously out the control of HIE. If the building was not completely full, rooms on the other side would have been better for your customers.

Awesome location to downtown sites to see and visit. Some construction made location feel rough. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. Evening program was great fun - music from an emerging talent. Good value for the money.
