Friendly staff, walking distance to Broadway and Gulch area. Good breakfast. We utilized the valet parking and were glad we did. Front desk staff was helpful and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Nashville!

Everything was perfect, except for the maid service. Someone came to clean up the room while we were gone that evening, The next morning,I went to take a shower, and I had no clean wash cloths. Also, during my stay, I had to go out into the hallway, and catch a maid, to ask for more toilet paper. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The staff and breakfast buffet food in the dining room, was fantastic. Giving special kudos to Andre. I also enjoyed the having the valet service at this hotel. Fast and friendly. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend or family.

Great location just a few blocks from the heart of Broadway. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice room (Standard King) - large, nicely furnished, quiet. Complimentary breakfast was basic but good with egg option, sausage, baked goods, juices, coffee. Only downside was housekeeping - missed our room on day 1 and then didn't do a great job when they came the next day. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.
