Friendly and helpful staff, good hot breakfast, quiet and clean rooms. Parking is ridiculously expensive ($30 per night!) but other hotels in the area charged the same

I had issues with lady bugs in my room. They kept flying around the room. Found them in my room bed and restroom. They offered to take them out, but I told them there was too many and would probably come back in. Not sure where they came from. I also had problems sleeping too noisy. Doors slamming and people running in hallways. My last issue was the pillows were absolutely uncomfortable. Flat as a pancake. I was there 7 nights so normally it would not have affected me, but I think it was the length of time I stayed. Cleaning ladies were amazing, not sure why I was left a card with tip information. I don’t like being put in a situation where I’m expecting to leave a tip? I think that’s part of their job.

Everything was fine but dinging us $40 for parking is ridiculous- you should be ashamed of yourselves for jacking up your parking to NYC rates and not telling customers ahead of time!
