Site security was good. Secure hotel parking garage was easily accessed/navigated and I drive a crew cab truck. Near to several Nashville points of interest: Music Row, Centennial Park, the Parthenon, Vanderbilt University

We had an excellent short stay, wish we could’ve extended! I’d say would be good for single, couples, and families. Close enough to downtown attractions, but far enough away to be able to move around. Bar and food were great! Breakfast was as expected, but plentiful. There is a $36 parking fee paid at time of arrival, so don’t be shocked. There was a sketchy looking garage across the street, but was $28 to park there.

The Hyatt House in Mid-town is a perfect location to visit Nashville. The walk to downtown is 30min along Broadway. For dining there are also some good options nearby, 10min walk. Parking garage at the hotel is convenient but expensive.

Great! Very clean and quiet. The reception is big and open with a lot of room to hang out. Breakfast was great . Staff was great! We had a heating issue in our room and they offered another which we didn’t need but we’re so kind and apologetic and waived our parking fee. They were so nice!! I can’t remember the receptionist names but the property manager Michael was so nice and accommodating! Will stay again!!!

Close but highway robbery
We had a family emergency which entailed surgery at a newly hospital. We are from 2 hours west so needed somewhere close to the hospital to stay. The air conditioning was on and wouldn’t switch to heat. So we had to push the number up high to get the room to warm. We ordered a salad from the “restaurant” in the hotel. The cost was $13.50 and it was a prepackaged $5 salad from Walmart. $4 for a bottle of water. $36 to park. While the staff was very nice, we will not stay here again.
