They do the money grab “early check in fee”. Rooms ready but to check in before 3 an extra $20. I had 4 rooms and checked out at 7am did they give me a bonus for early check out? I don’t think so. The Starbucks “proudly serving” in the lobby is broken. Not quit up to normal Hyatt standards. Room had a stain on the carpet and in matched furniture.

Room was good but no hot chocolate . Not everyone likes coffee for breakfast. Eggs were aweful! Potatoes, bacon and orange juice good. Didn’t have grape jelly for toast only strawberry jam. Breakfast still wasn’t all out at 6:20. It was supposed to start at 6 and we had to leave on shuttle at 6:20. Bar was terrible. Didn’t have Malibu rum and didn’t have the stuff to make drinks they had on the menu. Not a restaurant they call it had like 4 things on the menu. It was a nice hotel it just needs to make a few tweaks with the breakfast and the bar.

The floors were dirty and stained on the floor had a big red stain the room in itself was ok there was a water leak or something in the bathroom faucet other that I probably wouldn't stay there again... that's why I gave it a 3 star

The breakfast staff was helpful. Room looked nice but the tv had lines in most of the channels. The front desk person told us that the guy that deals with that "just left" but said that only up to channel 32 (I think) is clear and after that they don't have a good signal. There was also a loud noise coming from the sink every 20 minutes or so. We didn't address this with the front desk because they weren't helpful about the TV. Also, there were no biscuits and gravy on the breakfast as advertised.

Elevators weren’t working when people are trying to leave before check out, walk ways were blocked by carts when people were trying to get to an exit with luggage and in and out of stair wells, a little aggravating having to walk down 4 flights of stairs with luggage and with a bad knee.

We had a number of issues with our stay. First, there isn’t enough parking at the hotel and people had to park alongside the curb, making it difficult to navigate the parking lot. Our first night, we received a call at 3:30 am asking for the luggage carrier to be returned to the lobby (even though it was in the hallway). Another night we had started smelling smoke at 1:30 am, and I informed the front desk that someone could potentially be smoking near our room and we didn’t want to be charged. Rather than the issue being investigated by the staff, the smell got worse. My husband went down to the lobby and hotel entrance to investigate, and found that a patch of mulch was on fire. The front desk was informed, and it was quickly put out. Both of these issues were ones that were not at all proactively addressed by the hotel. The hotel needs a number of renovations and updating. Definitely doesn’t live up to the Hyatt name. We will not be staying here again.

This was a Motel 6 in disguise. Stains everywhere. Filthy and very dusty. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Handprints on doors and walls. Blood on the drapes. So gross.
