Very generous room with a seating area. Spic and Span including the corners. Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent and accomodating service in reception. Easily walk to all the popular Broadway destinations and there is a delicious Pancake restaurant just across the streeet.

Pricey and not really worth money. $52/day for parking, $14/ea for breakfast. If you book through Hyatt it's free. Small dinner menu served by bartender -- who is very busy. Food was average/poor. Breakfast has a nice assortment, though. Room is fine - 2 queen beds and a couch. Water pressure in shower was poor. Would book a different hotel in the future.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Nashville. The breakfast was fabulous and every staff member greeted us and was so kind & helpful. We lived the indoor pool too

Accommodations were fine, pool was dirty and badly in need of cleaning. I don't know if the hotel is directly responsible or it's contracted out but I cannot emphasize strongly enough, DO NOT VALET. I paid $167 to have my car valeted twice in two days and it took 40 min to receive my car once (when the app says I'm first in the queue), 30 min the second (2nd in queue). You ask the valet is there's an issue and you get a blank stare. Absolute ripoff, the valet is worthy of zero stars.
