I would recommend Hyatt Place Downtown to everyone! The staff was so accommodating and genuinely nice. The whole hotel and especially my room was very clean. The close proximity to Broadway was a bonus because we could walk back and forth.

The staff was very friendly! Great breakfast! Very convenient location to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway - very walkable! There was a guy on a loud speaker every morning at 7:00 am doing Zumba which was kind of obnoxious though! Also had hoped for an outdoor pool, but my bad for not checking on that upon booking the room. Overall, very satisfied with this hotel!
