Friendly and professional staff. Located in a nice area. However the rooms were outdated, no USB ports, tv did not allow streaming, phone mirroring and no streaming services. The only reason I have a 4 and not a 5.

This property was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I did have a problem with the strong smell of cleaning products in my room when I checked in. The staff provided an ozone machine to filter the air, which helped make the room easier to be in. Very good location to be close to shopping, dining and local sites of interest.

With the exception of the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island, this was the best designed room I have ever stayed in. The only thing it did not have was a microwave. The exterior TV controls were helpful and I connected a small DVD player.
