Check in was easy, we went to the front desk for issues 2 days in a row- no hot water in one room, other room had electrical issues and we could not use more than one plug in in the vanity area as it kept tripping the GFI on the outlets. Complained to desk and they told us they would give us a refund of one night- did not happen. Not much in the neighborhood. Property itself is outdated.

Overall good pick for the price. We were able to let our stuff at the front desk before check-in, also did an early check-in as soon as a room was available around 1pm. Room in good condition and clean, sheets also clean, bathroom a little old/outdated but was no problem with that.

I liked the location and its close proximity to Downtown and the interstate. The room and bed was very comfortable and the breakfast choices were great. I liked that they had a pancake making machine instead of a waffle maker. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will be keeping this on my preferred hotel list.

We were within walking distance to the Nissan Stadium. We also walked back from Broadway. Not happy to pay for parking at $10 a day. Staff were really nice and the breakfast was good. It’s a motel and the rooms are small. The air conditioner didn’t work very well, apart from that, the room was ok.

The Knights Inn is a good budget option. The motel itself is relatively modern with nice big rooms and modern and clean amenities. The downside is the location which is a dirty, industrial type area on Spring St which is a very busy road which presented problems for our Uber drivers on multiple occasions.

Room clean and staff helpful. Breakfast basic, location ok, however, the road was extremely noisy throughout the night, which for me was hard to sleep, even though I wore earplugs.
