This isn’t something I usually do but considering I live 13 hours away, this is necessary. The online look of this place is unfortunately not what it actually is in person. The staff and hotel managers were very helpful and kind, especially allowing us to cut our stay by a day. The room was a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes, the toilet had hairs on it and the shower had a bug. I (a younger female) felt unsafe around the building itself because of other people, in particular being two gentlemen taking shifts sitting outside on a plastic chair of room 116 at 1:30am (when we left the hotel to go home early because of these conditions) and was staring us down the entire time we packed our remaining things in the car until we pulled out of the lot. It was extremely unsettling, but I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel gave us half of our money back. They were very helpful and if I could’ve left a better review, I would’ve just for them.

The property had waterbugs crawling on the floor in the Room . And the sheets were clean but looked dingy. Breakfast was from 7to 9 am & place did not look clean. Parking lot in the back of your room, had people drinking beers by their trucks. Felt Unsafe .

Really nice employees, the room was a good size. Quiet spot, super close to downtown makes getting around quickly. Breakfast was good, sausage eggs, roasted potatoes. The water was really hot which was nice. The only issue was the pillows. It was hard to sleep.

For the price this was a great stay. If you don’t want to pay $300 and $50 for parking to be close to Broadway, this is the place to be. John at the front desk was so kind and friendly. Twenty minute walk to Broadway and a $9 Uber ride home. Good free breakfast as well.

Horrible front desk clerk.
Terrible hotel, and front desk people were very rude. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work so we called front desk several times and after 1 hour and 30 minutes we went to the front desk, which is also weird because it’s detached from the rest of the hotel. Told the guy at the front desk, I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for somebody to come and bring a coffee maker so I brought the broken one down. He copped a major attitude and said I just got here. So when we complained about nobody bringing the coffee maker, he said if you don’t like it, you don’t have to stay. It was a three night stay we had already stayed one night so we ended up taking him up on his offer and moved to another hotel. Very arrogant and cocky. Hotel was really nasty anyway. Obviously we will Never to return !

The location isn’t in the safest neighborhood. But I had no issues. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were stains on the walls. The sheets and towels were clean. I did get woken up both nights when it sounded like trash trucks or tow trucks around 3 am. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay for the price.

You had to pay $10 to park and the parking lot was full and far from the room but, not that inconvenient. The room was clean, the shower leaked on the floor. Very comfy bed and check in was easy. When you hear about a Knights Inn you would think its sketchy, but honestly well done!

It was near enough to Nashville for us to walk there & back ( it might be too far for some) The room was great with two chairs so we could sit together on the porch. Breakfast was the best yet !
