There is a sign behind the front desk that states parking is ten dollars per night. Nothing about this parking fee when hotel was booked. Also, they need to spray the rooms for bugs. I was sitting in the bed and saw movement out of the corner of my eye. It was a roach on the nightstand. Killed it then saw a second one which I killed. So I slept with all the lights and TV on, hoping they would go hide. Too bad because the room was nice otherwise.

Be warned of the $10 parking charged when you arrive! I overlooked this and was surprised. The hotel has no need to charge you this for people already renting a room.

What I liked best was the price! Nashville is very expensive, and Knights Inn is a good choice for value. Our room had been renovated and it was perfect for a one-night stay on our driving trip.

Reasonable size room and great location, walking distance or a short bus or taxi ride from the downtown area with all the bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was lots for breakfast, although a fair bit of disposable plastic cutlery. Shame the pool was out of action when I stayed, but an enjoyable visit and good value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities. Employees pleasant and gracious, lobby clean and modern. The room was very clean and beds, furniture, etc. in good condition. It smelled nice; perhaps the lack of carpet helped that a lot. We were very happy with it overall, especially for the price. Will stay here again if in the area.

Desk clerk was nice. The room was okay. Bed, tables and bath were clean but the room floor needed to be mopped. The hallway and outside definitely needed to be cleaned. Couldn't find the hotel as the signage was small and located in an awkward area.

Just a basic hotel just needed a bed for the night and it served that purpose. Bed is firm but comfortable. Tile floors haven't been mopped for awhile. Otherwise seemed fairly clean. Breakfast Ok they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, sm baked potatoes, Pancakes, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, Pool broken. Staff was friendly. Thought being charged an additional $10 to park in their parking lot was silly. Overall okay stay but everything seems just enough to get buy but no real effort for a nice stay. Probably won't stay again.
