First of all I reserved a room that was facing Nissan stadium and paid extra for that and that room was not given to me.. upon request they told me all rooms are first come first served .. so why charge me more.. second the outlets in the room did not work next to the bed did not know this until midnight when I plugged up a medical device that I need for my health condition.. I called the desk and of course nothing they can do .. there is no one available to fix the issue..

There is construction taking place near or attaching to Nissan Stadium and there was construction pouring that started daily at 7am. I would not have booked with this hotel had there been a disclaimer that this construction would be taking place and it will be noisy daily.

Great value, very clean and comfy
Good breakfast with pancakes and waffles and real eggs. Nice bar area, helpful service people. GREAT valet! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the interstate noise. It is across the river from downtown, and we walked it back (a mile across a pedestrian bridge) because downtown traffic was badly clogged at 10:30 pm. Getting an uber there was easy.

Walls were a little dirty with splatter on them. Pillows were really bad. Bed was hard. All I heard was traffic all night like it was in our room. Price was lower than everyone else now I know why. Add on fees for parking should never happen. Breakfast was ok.

We liked that we could walk to the Nashville downtown easily from La Quinta. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because they were having satellite tv reception issues at the time of my visit.

Great hotel ! Short walk to broadway across bridge . There is traffic noise from interstate and housekeeping very noisy banging the doors closed in adjacent rooms mid morning . Breakfast was good with lots of options.(eggs cold ). I highly recommend hotel

Very decent hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and the only issues were the an issue with 2 pillows smelling foul and the water pressure in the shower is like 2/10, but it got the job done. Price was very nice. Location is great. Staff were nice. Overall, a solid 4/5 experience!

I was told when I booked with expedia that parking was free. When we got to hotel the manager told me was a charge of $ 25 per day I discussed what I was told and she said expedia was wrong. I was billled $54 for parking will not go through expedia to get a hotel in the future

The free breakfast was excellent! The location to Downtown Nashville was convenient and walkable. It is about a 15-20 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge to Downtown. There was a 7-11 on the corner.

When returning to airport I asked valet driver if he could arrange a taxi. A black SUV turned up, the driver drove through a closed road, referring to his phone for directions. There was no meter or taxi license on display, I was very worried. On arrival at airport he demanded $45 when fixed rate is $37. I think this ‘taxi’ was an unlicensed friend of the valet driver. Extremely worrying and unsafe.
