Disliked: Amenities, room comfort
After driving 6 hours and just wanting to relax the first room had no hot water, moved us to a second room, second room bed broke when I sat on it due to several missing slates. I have pictures but won’t post, got a nice bruise on the back of my leg from that. It rained and the key pad to unlock the gate to park didn’t work. Their front clerk ran out in the rain to manually let us in. He was a great guy though. Front desk Service was great hotel quality not so much. I didn’t get an email with the codes for entry into the building till the next day, and when my card went through for the deposit it was rejected and instead of re running I received 3 text messages telling me I wouldn’t receive the codes till I paid the deposit, but I had already been in the first room and was in the process to being transferred to the next, when they reinterred the info and it went through. I even explained to them that my phone wasn’t working properly from where I was traveling. So organization skills were also lacking a bit with their notifications and services.
