We had a great stay at Mint House Reserve in Nashville. We were very happy with the gated parking lot, the service at the front desk, and the check-in/check-out experience. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were nice and had all amenities for a great stay. The one big negative was having to pay an additional fee for parking when we booked a room, we felt this should be included.

The place was fairly clean and felt safe and secure. The biggest issue was that the toilet was not flushing properly. Maintenance did respond quickly, yet the toilet still started to back up shortly afterwards. We are a family of six with one toilet so this was very concerning.

Loved our stay here! Many thoughtful amenities: ldishwasher tabs, paper towel, olive oil ,Nespresso pods, laundry facilities and laundry soap. Excellent location near to lower Broadway, very walkable (15 min). Lala at the front desk was super helpful. Will stay here again!

And we did call was offered to move us but it was our last night. we like the location of our room being right next to door that when to the parking lot. And on the 1st floor. So we just toughed it out,

Ongoing road construction around building. Apt could be cleaner. Only 1 bath for 2-room apt (6 guests shared). Needs to be stocked correctly: missing cups and plates, only 1 extra kitchen trash bag. Had to wash sofa pullout sheets and blanket. 2-3 block walk to Bars and Restaurants. Wouldn't allow changes to reservation because booked through Expedia.
