This modern layout of a property was close enough to several areas to see and things to do. In the mornings we enjoyed walking around music row (very safe and clean!) and there was options for bars and coffee shops walking distance.

This was a good hotel. The room was clean and had a full kitchen. The music from the lobby could be heard in the room at night, so I didn’t like that. The location is nice, right on music row, and several restaurants/bars within walking distance. I even walked to broadway/downtown and it was an easy walk.

There's about a 10 minute drive to Broadway. We used the valet parking, which was very convenient. The facility was close to so many things that we did while in Nashville. Everything was clean and well taken care of and the staff was friendly and helpful.

As others mentioned, the lady who checked us in was very dry and not welcoming whatsoever! We just wanted to be done with that attitude as quickly as possible so it doesn’t leave a bad perception of Nashville! It was just ok; 2-star rating is just fine! There was hair all over the floors when we walked in and floors were spotty with dirt so maintenance is low quality! Toiletries were running extremely low - no care to refill before we checked in. There was a rotten banana peel in the ice bucket; they were quick to replace the bucket but still gross that it wasn’t even checked prior to guests checking in. Coffee tasted like hot water in the lobby. Would we stay there again? No! There’s practically nothing nearby and wait time for a Lyft was easily 15 minutes. Don’t care for the property’s reply; it’s a bit late for corrections!

Overall our experience at the Motif on Music Row was great. It is a 30 minute walk to go downtown. We felt safe when we stayed here. It was great to have the kitchen and laundry in-suite as an option as well. The girls we got when we checked in and out were okay, not the friendliest but they weren't rude/mean. Just didn't feel welcomed. The room temperature was freezing when we were in it, tried to turn the heat up but it got colder each time. So we tried to leave the thermostat on "cool" with the fan on and it got warmer.. possibly wired wrong? Not sure but, just a heads up. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one! Definitely recommend Motif on Music Row.

The property was new and clean, arrived a little early and even though my room was ready, they made me wait to check in because i didnt want to pay a $50 early check in fee. I stay in 30 different hotels a year and dont see this. If room is ready youd think they want the goodwill and customer satisfaction. Thats ridiculous. Wont be back unless theres a policy change

Love this boutique hotel!
The 1 bedroom suite with a separate living room with a full kitchen was very nice. Wished we could have stayed longer. The bathroom was very nice & roomy.

I would have definitely rated a five, the one star deduction is due to us pulling the sheets down at night the first night, and there was a water bottle cap and some hairs on the sheets. So they may have been clean, but with the hairs in the water bottle it looks like that part of the room service had been missed. Warm tiny incident. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff are amazing. And their location is very walkable all over Nashville.

Very nice place to stay! Parked for free on the street right in the front of the hotel. Staff was great and very friendly. Room was excellent. No problem getting a uber to and from Broadway $8-$22 rides. I'll definitely stay here any time i come to Nashville.

This place was perfect…walkable to some restaurants/bars and a quick Uber ride to broadway! It was clean and spacious for 4 adults. The only negative is no bar on property and one girl at the front desk had zero personality and was kinda rude. Other than that we had a great time!

The parking (valet only) was a bit inconvenient since you had to unload in the side street and walk around the corner and up ramps to the entry. The valet staff were very friendly annd helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not terribly welcoming or friendly.

Hotel is clean and decent value for the price, but it is quite noisy. You can hear everyone walking above your room and throughout the hallway. Ear plugs are an absolute must if you want to stay here, which they do not provide you with.
