The property is nice, clean and very comfortable. I was surprised that they charge a $100 property damage fee, they told me that it would be refunded within several business days if there was no damage? They also charge a $10/hour early check-in fee for every hour before 3pm that you check in? But they do allow you to check in early if there’s a room available, so that’s good?
