Our room wasn’t ready at 6pm because VIPs and platinum Marriott status are allowed to stay late in rooms. Ridiculous. I paid to get the room from 4. They did offer us appetizers on the house but we needed a shower and to meet peopl. We had been travelling from 7am. After much ado they found a room. The rooms are very nice and most of the staff were amazing. You have to call each morning to have room serviced. At 700CAD a night I would have assumed they service automatically. Not my kinda hotel.

Perfect location just a quick 10 minute walk to Broadway and blocks away from Bridgestone Arena. Hotel happy hour and live music was nice to enjoy when checking in too. Very clean and hotel staff was very attentive and accommodating. Definitely going back!

When we checked in we were asked when we would like to set up to have our room cleaned. We selected a day and time and no one came to clean, ever. We had to go ask for fresh towels for our 5 day stay. Everything else was wonderful, just wish that when expecting room to be cleaned, that it gets done on scheduled day. 5 days, no room service
