Overall a good stay. However at 9:30 Am housekeeping came knocking on our door loudly. Very early wake up and the man opened the door as we laid in bed. Very unusual to knock that early in the morning. Couch had white unknown stains.

This is the 3rd time I have booked with Expedia only to show up to the hotel and they don’t have my booking. Luckily (or not) they had a connecting hotel (extended stay) that we “upgraded” to. This was not an upgrade. The room was big but the beds were terrible and I don’t think the floors had been swept in a long time.

My only complaints would be the lighting and TV placement. There is not ample lighting in room area only in bathroom. The TV is placed in a corner type nook and unable to completely turn to view for both beds.
