Generally pretty darn good. Suggestions for improvement: Fitted bottom sheet. Top sheet long enough to tuck in. Window that opens to allow fresh outside air in. With those, our stay would have been all 5’s.

When I went to check in the lady told me I needed my husbands driving license to check in and to come back closer to 4. When I came back with my husbands license and email confirming our reservation and credit card I was told my husband had to be present. I explained he is unloading our luggage in the valet area which was 6 floors below . She would not allow me to get the room keys. I explained the clerk earlier told me to bring my husbands license for check in. She refused to give me our room key . My husband had to stop unloading our car in the very busy valet area and come to the check in desk that was 6 floors above. We were very disappointed with check in. Also the area when you enter from valet smelled terrible. Many people on the elevators were complaining and the smell lasted our entire stay. Also no one every cleaned our room or empty the trash . We had to ask for clean towels. I tried to make a reservation with the hotel directly but was told no rooms were available so we booked through expedia and I think we were treated 2nd class

Didn't like $65.00 parking fee. You pay $180.00 per night for hotel should not have such a high parking fee.
