I can’t believe that you have to call for your room to be cleaned and fresh towels. What happened to hotel service, there is none. It’s no wonder people prefer Airbnb. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is fine, nice pool area too and central to broadway and music row. It’s just disappointing that a large chain like the Marriot no longer pays attention to details.
