The property was located within walking distance to Broadway. We had a 2 bedroom Sky Deluxe apartment. When we selected the apartment it was to have 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom with an attached bath and one with a bath located next to the other bedroom. What we received was a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom attached and the other bedroom had a queen bed but the room was a lot smaller comparably and the bathroom was crossed the hall. The balcony was also small. We were able to see another room on the same floor that had equal size bedrooms and bathrooms. Since there were two couples we wanted to have equal size rooms. We were told to contact the manager regarding the issue but when I sent a message I never heard anything. Also the parking garage is not made for a larger SUV. It is hard to maneuver in and out of the garage.

Great place to stay in Nashville. We were here for the CMA awards. It’s an easy walk to Bridgestone Arena, and also easy to get to the music and bars on Broadway. It’s just so much better to stay here than in a hotel room! We also love the style of the units.

Room was large with good amenities and it had a good location close to Broadway. Unfortunately the noise from pedal pubs, pressure washing the sidewalks, and the sirens through the night were a bit much for us. We had to wear earplugs to get a good nights rest.

The apartment that we were in 1110 the ceiling was horrible to look at the head board was full of dust and the lamps were too. Only had 1 television in the living room. The rugs in the bedroom and living were dirty. The only good thing was it was walking distance to Nissan stadium for the NFL game.
