Great location - perfect space

My family of 4 stayed with our friends who are also a family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is so pretty. We loved having the ping pong table and outdoor space as well as big dining table for indoor board games.Hot tub didn’t heat up for a couple of days but management company was quick to respond.Walked to lunch one day. Uber to 12 South shopping and even quicker Uber tonBroadway..

House layout is great. We had a baby shower and it was great. The street is nice and very quite. Being close to downtown is very convenient Balconyand outdoor areas need some TLC.

Close to the action!!

Was just over a mile walk to downtown Nashville (Broadway Street). Not a bad walk at all. Better than parking downtown and having to pay a fortune to park. Could also walk to several other parts of town, such as a whiskey distillery, park, and farmers market.

The shower in the master bedroom clogs, the water fills up about 2.5-3 inches so you're just soaking in water while showering.

Outstanding Stay

I've rented lots of houses in Nashville and genrally I've been pleased. This time, we were more than pleased, as we enjoyed a gorgeous home in a perfect location for us. We were able to be downtown or to any of our destinations within 5-10 minutes. The house was so beautiful and we enjoyed our "down time" at the house, with comfy living spaces and bedrooms, and a kitchen we all loved! The weather kept us from the yard, but maybe next time we will enjoy bocce ball or the rooftop! Thank you for this rental--excellent communication before and during our stay, clean and safe environment, and reasonable price!

Great House

The house was even nicer than the pictures. We had a group of 8 people, ranging from 18-67 years old. The house had plenty of space. The bathrooms were exceptional…from the decorating to the water pressure to the hot water. The beds were all very comfortable. It was about 1 1/2 miles from the Broadway bars & restaurants. It was too far to walk so we drove each time. It is pretty expensive to park there. One garage charged $50. One night we took an Uber back to the house. The only negative about the location was that there’s a freeway behind the house & we could hear the road noise at night. If you have light sleepers like we had, just something to know. We bought a fan & turned it on at night which worked perfect. Or, use a sound machine. Other than that, just an outstanding property. We had a great time.

Wonderful home close to the city!

Very nice new build with great amenities. A scooter ride to many attractions! House is great, pictures on listing depict it very well. Comfortable accommodations and a great support team making the stay 5 stars. I loved the rooftop deck with views of the city.

Perfect for our multigenerational gathering

We were a group of 10, ages 11 to 77, getting together from all parts: FL, CO, & MA. The house was PERFECT, new and very well decorated with everything we needed. Fun games (ping pong, corn hole & bocce ball), great outdoor space, garage game room was awesome and roof deck was a great place to chill in the evening. Beds were comfy, as were all of the common spaces. Owner and property manager where easy to communicate with and responsive. We would stay here again 100%!

Great place for party of 10.

The house was exactly as described, farmhouse modern. It was very stylish and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us. I loved the rooftop area and loft. It was short uber rides to many locations and within walking distance to the Farmer's Market. The owners were quick to respond for suggestions or to answer questions. It could use a deep clean but we loved it.

Great property just a short distance from downtown Nashville. There were plenty of options for entertainment at the house and our host was very quick to respond to all of my questions before the trip. The house was clean and had all the amenities we required. Family trip to Nashville

We had multi-generations from 19 yrs to 83 yrs. staying at this home and there was so much space to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped to cook for a group. The home was new and beautifully decorated and there was also a wonderful workout space that was really enjoyed by everyone. There is no garage or drive-way which was unfortunate to park cars on the street, but that was the only thing that could be improved upon. We will definitely choose the property again the next time we are visiting Nashville with a large group!
