It's a beautiful hotel, but the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, left us very disappointed. There was hair on the bathroom floor in our first room, and a very strong bacterial odor in the showers & on the floors. They moved us to another room, and it was the same with the bacterial smell- a pungent foot smell. Upon checking my mother's room, she also had the terrible smell in her bathroom. Having been in the cleaning business myself, I recognized the stench as a bacteria from unclean water/dirty rags/mops that have likely been used room to room spreading it without refreshing, & without enough sanitizer in the water itself. I spoke my concerns to the desk manager & they said they would clean our room while we were out for the day. Upon returning, the instant we got off the elevator, we could smell a fragrant deodorizer that lead all the way down the hall to our door & into our room. The bacteria smell was still there. They just tried to cover it up. I ended up taking a ton of their shower gel & a wash cloth with hot water & I scrubbed the shower myself. In addition to this rather big issue, we also found a random pill laying on the floor beside the couch when we arrived. My boyfriend is a doctor & looked up what it was- an over the counter pain reliever- but had it not been, and had a youth gotten ahold of it, a very different conversation would've been had. Beautiful design, but Not clean enough for the price they charge to be there. Very disappointed

Excellent service from the front desk to the dining area. Rooms were clean, great recommendations and great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to broadway and the gulch. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooftop bar. Staff was pleasant and very quick. Pool and workout areas were nice and clean. The pool was small and shallow but adequate for a few laps. The music in the area was appreciated. Although, a hot tub would be preferred. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the Westin. Heavenly beds are always the best. Great service from Bryan @ L27 who was working exceptionally hard. L27 was wildly understaffed on both occasions when we went there and he was clearly stepping up! Would have been nice if the pool was in a better location and had a better set up to actually make it worth using. Overall this was a good hotel in a good location albeit a bit overpriced.
