We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-designed, the rooftop and downstairs bars have great food and drinks, and the surrounding area is safe and easily accessible. We have nothing bad to say! When we come back to Nashville, we know where we'll be staying!

We enjoyed our stay here however we were locked out of room for over 30 minutes because our door battery went out. They called someone and after waiting a while went back down and there was no one available in the lobby to try someone again. They finally showed up to fix our door. Also there is no coffee maker in the rooms which was disappointing I guess they want you to pay for coffee in the lobby. Would be nice to have an option to tip valet via Venmo as most people don’t have cash. Overall we had a decent stay but $55 a night for parking seemed outrageous compared to other hotels in the same area.

We had a great stay at this property! The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The decor was funky and modern. The food and drinks were delicious! I only wish they had recycling. There was a two-part trash basket in our room, but it wasn't clear which side was for recycling, and we didn't see any place to recycle anything elsewhere in the hotel. Other than that, everything was great!

Quick Nashvegas Trip
Outstanding staff, particularly at the front desk and at the lobby bar. This was our first stay at a Virgin property—loved the area for makeup application, and great idea to have the yoga mat in our room! Gorgeous holiday decorations were a wonderful backdrop for some nice photos. Great stay!!!
