Definitely a place to go with kids for the water park. For adults without kids, the food quality and selection was lacking a bit. The adult pool was very nice, but the bar was not opened most of the time. We went at a slow time in October so maybe not all venues were open. Very clean. Walls were very thin, you could hear people talking in the room next door. . Rooms were very nice.

Excellent view. Positive guest service recovery. Some staff members could use a refresher course in hospitality management. Guests services and housekeeping need to pay attention to room details or repairs. No hot water in the shower. No iron in the room.

This was clean and relaxing. There were very few gluten free options so dining was difficult. Staff at the condos not knowledgeable about the resort. Great spa! Very clean.

Very nice hotel would definitely stay here again room and hotel was nice and clean . Only thing I didn’t like was hotel was cashless if you don’t have credit card you can’t order anything no food no drinks nothing.

I was an attendee at a function at the resort and decided to book a room for convenience to spend the night. The room while clean and in good condition with a beautiful view had a scent that I found strange but my roommate found aggressive, they described as like ammonia and mold. Staff service was pleasant and efficient. The dining options were unfortunately not as advertised - I was unable to order Frank and Lola's to my room before 10:30 when it was advertised as a service offered between 11 am and 11 pm - as a result after the function we had to go off premises to find something to eat. Staff were apologetic and gave recommendations but to have the in-room flyers advertise something that wasn't the case was disappointing.
