It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Ja tinha ido várias vezes e nunca aconteceu nada, desta vez q fui foi horrível o primeiro quarto o ar-condicionado no meio da madrugada ficou fazendo barulhos horríveis e colocaram a gente pra outro quarto isso no meio da madrugada e neste outro qnd fui adormecendo novamente comecou uma goteira de água fedentina em meu rosto e novamente mudaram a gente de quarto onde fui q conseguirmos dormir mais ja era 5hrs da manhã imagine aí pessoal. Foi uma noite de terrorismo verdadeiramente.

Hotel de bom custo benefício. As instalações não são novas, aparentemente o hotel foi crescendo (terrenos vizinhos foram agregados ao prédio inicial) e isso o deixou com uma "configuração" um pouco confusa (pra chegar ao quarto era preciso de dois elevadores distintos, por exemplo). Limpeza ok, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Café da manhã supre a necessidade, mas se forem vários dias de hospedagem é possível que se torne repetitivo (pouca variação das opções). Funcionários muito prestativos e educados, localização excelente. Segunda estadia neste hotel, caso na próxima viagem procuremos por um bom custo benefício... Nos hospedaríamos novamente.

A experiência não foi das melhores. Primeiro dia foi encontrado uma barata gigante no quarto. A paleta do ar-condicionado estava quebrada, o que fazia com que ele fizesse bastante barulho durante a noite. O chuveiro não fechava totalmente e ficava pingando água 24 horas. O telefone do quarto não funcionava. O trinco da porta da varanda não fechava a porta, e a porta ficava batendo com o vento durante a noite. O quarto 215 precisa de reparos urgente.

Bom custo benefício. Não sei quem, errou, O hoteis.com ou o hotel ao não informar que o estacionamento é pago. O atendente falou que estava no site, mas não olho porque coloco no filtro se passou é porque deveria ter. café da manhã bom, variedade boa porém sem mudança nos 5 dias que estive. Ponto positiv, adoro pães e nesse ponto nota 10, muitos tipos e sempre fresquinho. Ar consdicionado tinha dia que funcionava e dia que não, preferti não pedi para mexer. Não reclameis. Éramos 4 e só deixaram 2 toalhas, tive de ir busacar.
