O hotel é bom, mas é antigo. Está passando por reformas, acredito que será benéfico os hóspedes. Há muitas escadas, impossível para quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade. Ponto positivo é a localização, negativo são as escadas e muito barulho vindo de outros apartamentos.

Horrível
para começar o quarto inteiro com infiltrações, um pedaço ro reboco do teto caiu durante nossa estadia. O chuveiro ficava pingando dia e noite. O ar condicionado não funcionou na 1a noite, pedimos a manutenção e era a pilha do controle. Toalhas tínhamos que pedir na recepção do hotel, assim como um cobertor que pedimos e na hora do checkout a funcionária pediu que fossemos até o quarto pegar o coberto e devolver na recepção pq tínhamos "PEGADO EMPRESTADO" o cobertor. Um absurdo!!! Um hotel emprestar cobertor e ainda nos pedir para ir até o quarto e vir devolver o coberto na recepção. Café da manhã todos os dias as mesmas opções básicas. Paes muitos dias pareciam ser de outros dias. Ovo mexido era horrível, no ultimo dia de nossa estadia fomos tomar café numa padaria.

Uma das piores estadias da minha vida
Estadia péssima. Funcionários sem treinamento que não sabem atender, em especial a Sra Franciele, recepcionista, que quando da minha reclamação ficou de deboche. Em 2 diárias onde, a primeira foi o praticamente perdida, pois meu check-in foi terminado as 5h da manhã e meu quarto liberado (cheguei no hotel as 2h). Reservei um quarto quádruplo com ar condicionado e me acomodaram em um quarto onde somente num cômodo havia ar, e que não funcionava, para evitar problemas e por estar muito cansado coloquei o colchão no quarto com ar e dormi até as 7:30, pois tinha um passeio de Buggy. Logo após tomei o café passei na recepção e informei que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, a recepecinista, Franciele, anotou em um formulário a minha reclamação e disse que comunicaria à manutenção. Ao voltar do passeio notei que o AC ainda não estava funcionando. Fui na recepção solicitar a mudança de apto devido ao ocorrido e a recepcionista supracitada ne tratou com desdenho e deboche e eu estava somente pedindo o meu direito. Me disse que a resposta obtida pela manutenção é que o problema havia sido resolvido, solicitei que me acompanhasse até o quarto, mas não quiseram ir. Por fim uma pessoa da manutenção foi no quarto constatou o que eu estava falando e só então, me trocaram de quarto. A estrutura do hotel não é boa, precisa de manutenção e de uma boa limpeza, pois, todos os banheiros apresentam mofo. Sem falar que o cartão de abrir a porta quase nunca funciona.

Pelo custo benefício,vale a pena! Ótima localização,perto da praia, farmácia, conveniências,feirinha, calçadão,e alguns restaurantes,somente não gostei do valor a ser cobrado pelo estacionamento e pelo espaço entre os carros,sem falar da rampa muito ingrime. Café da manhã bom,e cordialidade dos funcionários. Quartos com bastante espaço.

Tive problemas com a chave do quarto, pois tinha que revalidar toda hora e não lia de jeito nenhum. Não tinha cobertores no quarto, não teve limpeza, ventilador fraco, Wifi não pegava em nosso quarto.

Meio decepcionante.
Eu já tinha me hospedado nesse hotel há uns 10 anos atrás e não época foi bem satisfatório, porém ficou literalmente parado no tempo, tudo envelheceu e não teve a manutenção devida. O ar-condicionado parecia uma forrageira, de tanto barulho que fazia e o pior, não gelava nada. A cama já bem sofrida com o uso e o tempo, deixando-nos com dores nas consta, mas o que mais depreciou a estadia foi o aspecto de tudo caindo aos pedaços e com um aroma desagradável de morfo. Para não dizer que nada prestava, escapou o chuveiro que era muito bom e fácil de adequar a temperatura ideal para o banho. Outra coisa boa é a sua localização que é bem próximo da praia.
