From the moment you enter this custom-built home, the feeling of relaxation and tranquility wash over you. Hoosier Bunny Mine chalet is nestled between Mt. Princeton at 14,196’ to the north and Mt. Antero at 14,275’ to the south in the Sawatch Mountain Range. HBM faces the eastern slope of the Continental Divide!


Once you top the driveway, Hoosier Bunny Mine is carefully perched facing the Chalk Cliff Gulch allowing for 360 degree panoramic views of Chalk Creek Canyon. With large decking surrounding all four sides of the chalet, you will never need to search for a heavenly view. Richly stained walls showcase floor to ceiling windows allowing for awe inspiring views of abundant wildlife, spectacular bird watching, as well as glorious sunrises and sunsets.


Newly appointed decor alongside perfectly selected antique furnishings unfolds to a time past. Cozy metal platform beds are appointed with faux fur comforters. Each room begs for a day covered in snowfall. With two separate bathrooms, you'll experience sirene privacy complete with amenities. The open floor plan of the living area boasts vaulted ceilings and cascading globe lighting
