We stayed in a suite. It was very large and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location excellent. Staff went above and beyond and were SUPER helpful and friendly. No full service breakfast on-site. My only complaint is that the place was a little rough on maintenance. Our bar sink didn’t drain, there was some issues with paint chipped up, door jams seemed really messed up and carpet had a lot of staining. Overall we really liked the place.

Great location. Restaurant UNI is amazing. Restaurant worth a stay alone. King suite was large and comfortable though bathroom a little small, not to be unexpected given historic nature of building. This is a very special hotel, the room was a suite with a couch and chairs in the living space and a coffee bar. The bathroom was a little tight but had everything we needed. It was a terrible blustery day in Boston and the staff was accommodating with an umbrella and very friendly. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. Great location, highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. They let us store our bags before check-in so we could wander the city for a while in the morning, and at check-in the called us to let us know the room was ready, and they had brought our luggage up to the room for us. Upon check out, they let us store our bags again until we were ready to leave the city. It was a big plus not to worry about dragging our luggage around. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the mini bar was stocked with a variety of items though it was a bit expensive. There was no lack of sleeping space as we had 2 beds in a separate room along with a pull out couch, so everyone was comfortable. We would definitely book here again.
