The property is located in a great location, but you pay a lot just for that. The stuff and service are great but the room is honestly not that nice. It has only one window that faces a wall. In my opinion, a bit depressing. The hotel is not big deal at all. So if the only thing you really care about is location and you’re willing to pay much more than all the other boutique hotels in Polanco, then this is the place for you.

The staff are wonderful! The location is superb, the food is excellent. Only complaint is the doors are not soundproof so we kept hearing the neighboring guests opening and closing doors at all hours.

This hotel is a real find. All is at the highest level. I originally booked for 4 days but ended up staying for 3 weeks. The hotel is in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood with lovely stores and great restaurants. The room was deceptively simple in design but exquisite in execution with flavors of Aztec and Spanish design elements. It felt like staying in a luxury Mexican villa.

Amazing hotel in a great location
