Upon arrival, you will park close to building number two, the first building on your left. Access is through the first set of stairs as you come in. There is NO ELEVATOR! Your space is on the third floor, Unit 232.

Perks to this third-level condo are the VIEWS. Once you arrive at Unit 232, you will walk into an ambiance of modernized beach decor, walk to the sliding doors, and step onto your balcony, where you have beautiful views of the gulf on the left and have views of the bay on the right!

We have stocked the condo with 4k ultra HD smart TVs, a 65" curved one in the living room, and a 43" in the master bedroom. Log In with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, and Youtube. Cable and WiFi are provided. You will have two passes that must be worn by each guest who plans to use the pool amenities. There are two twin sleeper sofas located in the living room, a small dining table with two barstools, and a beach wagon in the living room.


This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops and three barstools. All appliances are stainless steel.

You have two full baths, one bathroom in the hall with a stand-up shower and another in the master bedroom with a tub/shower combination. We do include a hairdryer aside from amenities provided by the cleaning company. The washer and dryer are also located in the hallway.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with two nightstands, a dresser with a mirror, and a closet. Down the hall is where you will find the bunkbeds.

We have provided a beach wagon for your convenience to use during your stay. Also, for your convenience, there is a grocery delivery service called Grocery Concierge. This company will get your groceries and stock the condo for a fee. You can research and find their website online by searching the name of the company.

The complex has one pool for your use. Be sure to wear your pool pass while at the pool. This pool is not heated. There are some grills on the grounds for your use as well.

We use a cleaning company that provides the needed amount of rags, towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels. There will be dishwasher detergent, a bathroom shower mat for stepping out of the tub, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you need more rags or towels, there is a washer and dryer in this unit. These are travel-sized amenities, so think hotel.

FUN LOCAL RENTALS TO DO CLOSE BY - kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, bicycles, scooters, pontoon boats, sailboat, parasailing, waterpark, fly the boat, dolphin tours, and craigcats!

You are a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk to all of the food and drink locations for Navarre Beach. Enjoy any of these; Broussard's of Navarre Beach, Juana's Pagodas, Sailors Grill, Beach House Bar and Grille, Windjammer's, Navarre fishing pier, and the gift shop of the pier.

You have a gas station on Navarre Beach, but you will have to drive back across the bridge for shopping needs. There you can find a Dollar Store, Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and a few tourist locations like Navarre Seafood Market, TC's Front Porch, Vine Wine Bar and Shop, Shark Bite Navarre, TOMMY'S SNOBALLS, and more!

Nice stay
Loved the location of the property, you can sip tea in the balcony while looking at ocean on one side and bay on the other. The public beach access is across he road, easy quick couple of mins walk. The place was more than sufficient for a family of 4 with two teenagers. Very well kept. The owner was in touch with me to make sure everything was in order. Will consider for future stay as well. Cheers.

Amazing location beaches on both sides
My Family had a wonderful stay. It was so hard leaving. The location is wonderful there was 2 beaches within a short walking distance from the condo. The condo itself was clean and was the perfect place to rest after a busy day out exploring. We visited Destin 1 day and then visited Pensacola another. Both a short little drive. Lots of great local restraunts right on the water. We give it a 10/10 and will be back again.

Very nice views of the bayside and gulf side from the balcony. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked w/ pots, pans etc. We ate our meals in. We wanted to avoid a large condo complex during this pandemic. Stairwell breezy and open. I have bad knees and the three flights were not a problem. Paved walking trail/bike trail right outside complex. Very open beach just past the hotel which was adjacent to public beach access. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rental was the cleanest and best equipped!
We have rented on the Gulf Coast for the past 16 years, and this property offered many items that made our stay very convenient, i.e. trash bags, bathroom tissue, dishwasher pods, squirt hand soap, and even SPICES to last the entire week. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, available as well as bicycles and kayaks for rent directly from owner. The cleanest property we've ever rented AND flexible check in time. Adams family vacation 2019
We had a wonderful time, the property/condo was perfect, From the balcony we had a great view of the bay and of the ocean. The condo is very nice and clean, perfect for our family of 6, The property manager, Brent, was wonderful too, He contacted us before we arrived to let us know we could check in, the day we left he text to tell us thank you for staying with him. Over all the best vacation we have ever had. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing condo!
The descriptions in the listing were spot on. Check in was a breeze and Brent gave us all of the info up front and even said we could get in early if needed. He responded quickly to questions as well. The condo was immaculate and very well-appointed with everything we needed. We've vacationed on Navarre Beach for 20 years and there are some great things about Brent's condo that the others don't have...the wifi works really well, we controlled the thermostat from the unit, all of the movie services were available directly on the TV, the coded door means that no one has to keep up with a key and everyone can come and go easily, and the appliances in the kitchen were spotless and the ice maker kept up with our needs (HUGE PLUS!) In addition, the beds were super comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the towels were super soft and fluffy. We loved staying here and, should we come back, we will be renting from Brent again!!!

Great place to stay..
This place is literally what it says two minute walk to beach. Place was extremely clean. So pretty inside. The owner let us check in early which was so nice of him to do. Also made sure we didn't need anything during our stay. Condo was equip with plenty of stuff for us to cook a few nights since it's pretty expensive to eat out every meal. I would for sure stay here again.

Brent did accommodate us with my sisters service dog without a charge, which was good since normally u don’t charge for a service dog. He did get the condo ready a few hours early. However there was only one bath towel per person. When I called to request more I got a lecture about how they never gave more than one, and had to argue with him about it. He did eventually bring us more towels. Condo was very sterile and clean, and did have a nice view, but it is on the third floor and the trek up the stairs was a pain The couch was not very comfortable and there were not enough places to sit, with the exception of bean bag chairs. The bunk beds has a window next to them with lights on all night and tho there were shades there were no curtains. . All glasses were plastic, there was a lack of serving plates and silverware was cheap. It served us for what we needed in a very trying time of trying to close my moms house and send her to Texas with my sister!
