Great property!
This property has a balcony with an ocean view. This is one of our must-haves! You can see the beach, flags, and marine life from this balcony. Easy access to the beach, pool, and elevator (and they are never crowded). We have stayed here more than once and will probably be back again. This year it seems like there’s a newer washer and dryer. It is very fancy. They provide starter supplies which is so nice because it gives you plenty of time to stop by the store for extra supplies you may need. The kitchen has all the tools and dishes you’ll need. We didn’t have any issues at all, it was a great experience!

Overall we had a great time. Location is great. Weather was great. Views were great. Other guest were great. But we feel we were miss led by the pictures online. It seems like outdated and unused furniture, carpets, curtains, artwork were just thrown together in this unit. Lots of potential. But it is in need of some updates.

Vacasa communication beware
This condo is in a great location. The condo itself was not good. We had wires hanging out of the wall. Light fixtures laying in the corner. No power to lights in the walk in master bath. Outlets that did not work. The trim coming away from wall. Doors would not close unless you pulled very hard. Sliding glass door would not lock in master bedroom. The worst part about it was that I talked to Vacasa twice and the said they would fix the electrical wires and light fixtures. The ensure they would be there. They never showed out whole trip. We made the best out of what we had. But I will not be staying in this unit or anything Vacasa. I will say they had new appliances. Coffee pot was the tiny ones that help like two and half cups.

Loved the property. Our 2nd stay at Navarre Towers and we love the condos and location. No complaints at all. Dealing with Vacasa was our only issue. The check in info I received said if unit was ready before 4pm check in, you would be contacted. Not true. When you call there # you clearly get a call center in another country who asked ME to troubleshoot due to no Internet. 2nd call bc of broke garbage disposal was the same thing. I'm not maintenance!Very disappointed with the the very impersonal customer service with Vacasa. We do LOVE Navarre Towers but will NEVER rent through Vacasa again!

This property has an excellent view of the ocean. It is quick and easy to get to the beach. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated. The elevators are fast and look newer. The rooms were clean and stocked with towels and linens and some other supplies to get you started. Appliances are nice. We used the refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer without problems. We had a successful vacation.

Good Amenities, but some issues
When we arrived to check in, the code to unlock the door did not work at all. The customer service number on the door also was a dead end. Ended up using the 1-800-544-0300 lock number and told them we had an issue with the security code. Lady answered immediately and we were given a code that worked. The unit itself was everything we needed, but the clothes washer and garbage disposal had some major issues that we had to report. The beach access, pool, and beach chair service were all great. The location was great and not very crowded on the beach. We will definitely stay at this facility again, but will look for a different unit.

Vacasa, the property management was horrible.
Our family had a great time in Navarre Fl. However, when we arrived, the code to get into the condo did not work. There was no one at the office, they had gone home and it was 4pm CT. We were able to contact the property management to tell them our code did not work. They gave another code and it did not work. They tried several codes but none worked. They gave us a maintenance code to get in and that’s what we used the entire week. TVs did not work, had to call maintenance and they came to reset everything. That lasted about an hour and went out again. This was an ongoing problem all week. Cable wires hanging out of walls with no covers. Outlets did not work in bathrooms. I found breaker was tripped. No curtains or drapes hanging at slide doors in living room area. Light fixture on balcony damaged. Property management said they would send someone over to look or survey above mentioned but never showed up or called. We will not stay in this condo again
